偵破加重盜竊案 一內地漢落網
2025年5月，事主於網上平台結識聲稱可代賭贏錢的不知名人士，遂於同年7月1日至7月2日，在路氹城區一娛樂場內先後三次將合共50萬港元交予涉案內地男子及其同黨代賭。代賭期間，事主發現對方伺機偷取籌碼，惟當時沒有立即報警，至同年8月16日方向本局報案求助，聲稱損失20萬港元。
本局博彩罪案調查處跟進調查，鎖定涉案內地男子身份，於2026年1月12日涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時將之截獲，在其身上檢獲懷疑犯罪所得的2萬港元現金以及1部手機，並查悉其收取2,000港元報酬，負責於代賭期間掩護同黨盜竊事主至少5萬港元籌碼。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其餘在逃涉案人及贓款去向。
Aggravated theft case cracked with one mainlander apprehended
In May 2025, the victim got acquainted, via online platform, with an unknown person who alleged that he could win money for him through proxy gambling. As such, between 1st and 2nd July 2025, the victim successively handed over a total of HKD500,000, on 3 occasions, to the involved mainland man and his accomplices for proxy gambling in a casino in Cotai district. During the proxy gambling, the victim discovered that the other party was stealing chips when they got an opportunity, yet he did not report to the police at once. It was until 16th August 2025 that he finally reported to the Judiciary Police for help, claiming a loss of HKD200,000.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police followed up on the investigation and identified the involved mainland man, who was intercepted at the Portas do Cerco checkpoint when he entered Macao on 12th January 2026, seizing HKD20,000 of cash, suspected to be illicit proceeds, and an mobile phone on him. It was also discovered that the involved man had been rewarded of HKD2,000 to be responsible for covering up his accomplices who had stolen at least HKD50,000 worth of chips from the victim during the proxy gambling.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large and the whereabouts of the illicit funds.
Resolvido um caso de furto qualificado e detido um homem do Interior da China
Em Maio de 2025, a vítima conheceu uma pessoa numa plataforma online que alegava poder apostar por outrem e garantir ganhos. Por isso, nos dias 1 e 2 de Julho do mesmo ano, entregou, em três vezes, um total de 500 mil HKD ao suspeito do continente e aos seus cúmplices para que estes apostassem por ele, num casino do Cotai. Durante o jogo, a vítima apercebeu-se de que a outra parte lhe tinha furtado fichas, aproveitando algumas oportunidades, contudo não apresentou queixa de imediato na altura. A denúncia só foi feito no dia 16 de Agosto do mesmo ano, com a alegação de um prejuízo de 200 mil HKD.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo acompanhou a investigação e conseguiu identificar o suspeito do continente, detendo-o quando entrava no território através do posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco, no dia 12 de Janeiro de 2026. Foram encontrados na sua posse 20 mil HKD em numerário, supostamente ligado ao crime e um telemóvel. Apurou-se também que o suspeito recebeu 2.000 HKD como remuneração para cobrir o furto de pelo menos, 50 mil HKD em fichas da vítima, praticado pelos seus cúmplices durante o jogo.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o suspeito do continente foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado. A PJ continua a investigar os cúmplices e o paradeiro do dinheiro ligado ao crime.
