偵破兩宗機艙盜竊案 拘一內地男子
2026年1月9日下午，首名被害人於本澳乘搭航班飛往泰國，登機後事主將背包放在座椅上方的行李儲存櫃內，隨後因發現坐錯座位，便取回背包返回正確座位，發現背包內的4.3萬港元現金被盜，隨即報警求助。
報警後，坐在被害人身後的一名男子（即涉案內地男子）向被害人表示，其現金存放在行李儲存櫃內的一個紙袋內，並要求被害人取回紙袋。被害人檢查後發現，紙袋內確有港元現金，然而該紙袋並非其所有；同時，另一名男乘客聲稱該紙袋屬於自己，但袋內現金並非其所有。
案件經治安警察局轉交本局跟進。本局第二統籌科展開調查，查悉涉案內地男子盜取被害人款項後，將其放入另一名男乘客的紙袋內藏匿，意圖稍後伺機取走。本局人員於涉案男子身上搜獲多種外幣，折合約4,600澳門元，懷疑為盜竊所得。
經進一步調查，發現涉案男子涉及另一宗發生於2024年11月的同類案件，案中被害人從泰國乘搭航班飛往本澳，登機後將放有4,000元人民幣的背包放在行李儲存櫃內，直到抵達酒店後始發現失竊。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland Chinese man arrested in crackdown of two cases of in-flight theft
On his flight from Macao to Thailand on the afternoon of 9th January 2026, the first victim, having boarded the aircraft, placed his backpack in the luggage compartment above his seat. When he later found that he had taken the wrong seat, he retrieved his backpack and got to his assigned seat, only to find HKD 43,000 in cash in his backpack had been stolen, hence his report to the police.
After he had reported to the police, a man sitting behind him (i.e. the involved mainland Chinese man) told him that his cash had been placed inside a paper bag in the luggage compartment. The victim, demanded to retrieve the paper bag, indeed found Hong Kong Dollars cash therein. However, the victim did not own the paper bag, which allegedly belonged to another male passenger, who did not own the cash therein.
The Public Security Police Force transferred the case to the Judiciary Police. The 2nd Section of Coordination launched investigation, revealing that the involved mainland Chinese man had stolen the victim’s cash and hidden it in another male passenger’s paper bag in an attempt to take it away later. The Judiciary Police officers seized various currencies on him, suspected to be stolen proceeds equivalent to about MOP 4,600 in total.
Further investigation suggested that the involved man was involved in another similar case in November 2024, in which the victim, upon his arrival at the hotel, found that the RMB 4,000 in cash in his backpack, which he had placed in the luggage compartment onboard a flight from Thailand to Macao, had gone missing.
Based on investigative findings, the involved mainland Chinese man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Resolução de dois casos de furto em avião e detido um homem do continente
Na tarde de 9 de Janeiro de 2026, a primeira vítima embarcou em Macau num voo para a Tailândia. Após o embarque, a vítima colocou a sua mochila no compartimento de bagagens acima do assento. Mais tarde, ao aperceber-se de que estava a sentar-se num lugar errado, pegou a mochila e voltou para o seu assento, descobrindo então que tinham sido roubados 43 mil dólares de Hong Kong em dinheiro dentro da mochila. Assim, chamou imediatamente a polícia.
Depois de chamar a polícia, um homem do continente, envolvido no caso e sentado atrás da vítima, disse que o dinheiro em questão estava guardado num saco de papel dentro do compartimento de bagagem, indicando à vítima que buscasse esse saco de papel. Ao verificar, a vítima constatou que o saco de papel continha, de facto, dólares de Hong Kong em dinheiro, mas esse saco de papel não lhe pertencia. Entretanto, outro passageiro alegou que o saco de papel pertencia a ele, mas o dinheiro que estava dentro não era seu.
O caso foi transferido do CPSP para a PJ para acompanhamento. A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou a investigação e apurou que o homem do continente envolvido no caso tinha roubado o dinheiro da vítima e que o escondera no saco de papel de outro passageiro, com a intenção de retirá-lo posteriormente. Os nossos investigadores encontraram diversas moedas estrangeiras na posse do suspeito, totalizando aproximadamente 4.600 patacas, suspeitas de serem provenientes de furto.
Posteriormente, foi apurado que o suspeito também estava ligado a outro caso semelhante que ocorreu em Novembro de 2024. Neste caso, a vítima embarcou num voo na Tailândia para Macau e colocou sua mochila contendo 4.000 RMB num compartimento de bagagem. Somente percebeu que tinha sido furtado após a chegada ao hotel.
Conforme o que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
