偵破假籌碼案 四內地漢落網
2026年1月3日下午，一名客人在路氹城區一娛樂場內與首名涉案內地男子兌換7枚面值1萬港元的籌碼時懷疑對方以假籌碼行騙，兩人爭執期間驚動在場保安員報警求助。同日，本局接報再有三名客人於同一博彩承批公司旗下兩間娛樂場帳房內兌換合共21個同款籌碼時被揭發為假籌碼，三人合共損失21萬港元。本局人員隨即追查假籌碼來源，聯同娛樂場保安員在場內成功緝獲次名及第三名涉案內地男子，並於同日晚上在關閘口岸截獲第四名涉案內地男子。
經查，本局人員發現四名涉案男子於2025年11月下旬在內地受同一犯罪集團招攬，從內地取得假籌碼後於案發當日不同時段進入本澳，隨即各自分散到同一博彩承批公司旗下三間娛樂場內作案。
本局人員於四名涉案男子身上搜出合共107枚假籌碼以及7部手機。案中檢獲的合共128枚籌碼經本局檢驗後證實全屬偽造，且與去年本局發現的假籌碼屬同一批次，有關假籌碼之外觀及重量均與真籌碼極為相似，一般人難以識別。
本局根據調查所得，以犯罪集團及詐騙（相當巨額）等罪將四名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續就案件進行深入調查。
Counterfeit chip case busted, with four mainland men nabbed
On the afternoon of 3rd January 2026, while exchanging seven chips (each with a denomination of HKD10,000) with the first involved mainland man inside a casino in the Cotai district, a patron suspected the other party of defrauding him with counterfeit chips. During the dispute between the two, the security guards at the scene were alerted and reported the case to the police for assistance. On the same day, the Judiciary Police received reports that three more patrons, while exchanging a total of 21 chips of the same type at the cages of two casinos under the same gaming concessionaire, were found to be exchanging counterfeit chips. The trio suffered a loss of HKD210,000 in total. Personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately traced the origin of the counterfeit chips. Together with the casino security guards, the second and third involved mainland men were successfully seized at the premises, and later on the same evening, the fourth involved mainland man was intercepted at the Border Gate Checkpoint.
Upon investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police found that the four involved men had been recruited in late November 2025 in the mainland by the same criminal syndicate. After obtaining the counterfeit chips in the mainland, they entered Macao at different times on the day of the incident and were promptly dispersed to the three casinos operated by the same gaming concessionaire to commit the crime.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police seized a total of 107 counterfeit chips and seven mobile phones from the four involved men. A total of 128 chips seized in the case were examined by the Judiciary Police and confirmed to be counterfeit. They were traced to the same batch of counterfeit chips discovered by the Judiciary Police last year. The relevant counterfeit chips closely resembled genuine ones in both appearance and weight, making them difficult for ordinary people to distinguish.
Based on the investigative finding, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate and fraud (considerably huge amount), while continuing to conduct an in-depth investigation into the case.
Resolvido um caso de fichas falsas de jogo e detidos quatro indivíduos do Interior da China
Na tarde de 3 de Janeiro de 2026, um cliente suspeitou ter sido burlado com fichas falsas pelo primeiro individuo do Interior da China envolvido no caso, ao trocar sete fichas no valor nominal de 10.000 HKD num casino do Cotai. Durante a discussão, a segurança no local notou que havia um problema e pediu a intervenção da polícia. No mesmo dia, a PJ recebeu novamente uma denúncia de que três clientes tinham trocado um total de 21 fichas falsas, com as mesmas características, com outra pessoa. Mais tarde, quando tentaram trocar as fichas na tesouraria de dois casinos da mesma concessionária de jogo, foi descoberto que todas as fichas eram falsas, tendo as três vitimas sofrido um prejuízo total de 210.000 HKD. De imediato, o nosso pessoal foi investigar a origem das fichas e, em colaboração com a segurança do casino, conseguiu interceptar o segundo e o terceiro suspeitos do continente. O quarto suspeito foi também interceptado no posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco na mesma noite.
Na investigação, o pessoal da PJ descobriu que os quatro suspeitos foram recrutados pela mesma rede criminosa na China continental em finais de Novembro de 2025 e que, depois de ter adquirido as fichas falsas no continente, entraram em Macau em diferentes períodos do dia da ocorrência do crime, separando-se para actuarem nos três casinos da mesma concessionária de jogo.
No total, foram encontradas 107 fichas falsas e sete telemóveis na posse dos quatro suspeitos. Todas as 128 fichas apreendidas neste caso foram confirmadas como falsas após exame da PJ, e pertencem ao mesmo lote de fichas falsas descobertas pela PJ no ano passado. As fichas falsas têm uma aparência e peso extremamente semelhantes aos das fichas verdadeiras, é difícil para a maioria das pessoas distingui-las.
Com base no que foi apurado, os quatro suspeitos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado). O caso continua em investigação.
