三名內地男子涉搶劫被捕
2025年12月24日下午，本局接報稱一名本澳男子及一名內地男子在路氹城區一酒店客房內遭搶劫。
案情顯示，本澳男子當日下午在內地男子陪同下，將10萬港元籌碼送往路氹城區一酒店客房。第一涉案男子開門後，隨即致電召來第二涉案男子。其間，第一涉案男子搶走兩名被害人手機，並伙同第二涉案男子威脅二人交出身上財物，否則不得離開。本澳男子因擔心人身安全，將10萬港元籌碼交予第一涉案男子；內地男子沒攜帶現金財物，未能交出。隨後，兩名涉案男子歸還手機，警告不得報警，並允許二人離開。兩名被害人脫身後即向酒店保安求助並報警。
本局接報後立即展開調查，發現兩名涉案男子作案後與第三涉案男子會合，三人隨即前往澳門國際機場。本局迅速部署，於同日傍晚在機場禁區成功截獲三名正候機的涉案男子。
經本局第四統籌科調查證實，三名涉案內地男子共同實施搶劫行為，作案後透過第三者將10萬港元籌碼兌換成約9萬元人民幣，每人分得約3萬元人民幣，贓款已轉入各自內地銀行帳戶。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將三名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並就兩名被害人涉嫌在澳經營不法匯兌另立案卷調查。
Three mainland men nabbed for involvement in robbery
On the afternoon of 24th December 2025, the Judiciary Police received a report that a Macao man and a mainland man had been robbed inside a hotel room in the Cotai district.
Case details revealed that, on the afternoon of that day, the Macao man, accompanied by the mainland man, delivered HKD100,000 worth of chips to a hotel room in the Cotai district. After opening the door, the first involved man immediately called for the second involved man. During the course, the first involved man forcibly took the two victims’ mobile phones and, acting in concert with the second involved man, threatened them into surrendering their valuables, and warned them that they would not be allowed to leave if they refused. Fearing for his personal safety, the Macao man handed over the HKD100,000 worth of chips to the first involved man. The mainland man, carrying no cash or valuables, was unable to comply. Subsequently, the two involved men returned the mobile phones, warned the victims not to report to the police, and then allowed them to leave. After the two victims managed to get away, they immediately sought help from the hotel security guard and reported the incident to the police.
After receiving the report, the Judiciary Police immediately launched an investigation and discovered that the two involved men had met with the third involved man after committing the crime. The trio proceeded to Macau International Airport immediately. The Judiciary Police promptly deployed personnel and successfully intercepted the three involved men in the airport’s restricted area that evening while they were awaiting their flight.
Upon investigation, the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police confirmed that the three mainland men had jointly carried out the robbery. After committing the crime, chips worth of HKD100,000 were converted into approximately RMB90,000 through a third party. Each individual received around RMB30,000, and the illicit proceeds had been transferred into their respective mainland bank accounts.
Based on investigative findings the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery, while a separate case file had been established to investigate the two victims for their suspected involvement in operating illegal currency exchange in Macao.

Na tarde do dia 24 de Dezembro de 2025, a PJ recebeu queixa de dois homens, um local e o outro do continente, dizendo que tinham sido roubados num quarto de hotel no Cotai.
Conforme o apurado, na tarde desse mesmo dia o homem local acompanhado pelo homem do continente, trazia na sua posse uma ficha com valor de 100,000 HKD para um quarto de hotel no Cotai. Um homem do continente (1.º suspeito) abriu a porta e logo ligou a um outro homem do continente (2.º suspeito) para chegar ao quarto. Nesse percurso de tempo, o 1.º suspeito retirou os telemóveis das duas vítimas e juntamente com o 2.º suspeito, ameaçaram e exigiram que entregassem os seus bens, caso contrário não os deixariam sair. O homem local preocupado com a sua segurança entregou a ficha de 100,000 HKD ao 1.º suspeito, a outra vítima (homem do continente) não entregou nada, uma vez que não tinha bens na sua posse. Posteriormente, os dois suspeitos devolveram-lhes os telemóveis e advertindo-os para não fazerem queixa à polícia, deixando-os ir embora. Depois de libertados, as duas vítimas foram logo pedir ajuda a um segurança do hotel e fizeram queixa à polícia.
Após receber a queixa, a PJ iniciou logo a investigação e verificou que os dois suspeitos juntamente com um 3.º tinham fugido para o Aeroporto Internacional de Macau. A PJ organizou logo uma acção e ao anoitecer do mesmo dia, os três suspeitos foram detidos com sucesso na área restrita do aeroporto enquanto aguardavam pelo voo.
Na investigação da 4.ª Secção de Coordenação foi apurado que, os três suspeitos do continente foram cúmplices no roubo, após o sucedido os três trocaram a ficha de valor 100,000 HKD para cerca de 90,000 RMB, cada um deles ficando com cerca de 30,000 RMB, e todo esse dinheiro foi transferido para as suas contas bancárias na China.
De acordo com as provas obtidas, os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por roubo.Instaurou-se também, outro processo de investigação sobre os dois indivíduos (vítimas) suspeitos de exploração de câmbio ilícito em Macau.
