偵破跨境販毒案 拘捕四名男女
本局根據情報獲悉一跨境販毒集團企圖安排人員偷運毒品進入本澳，再轉運至鄰近地區，經調查後鎖定兩名負責運送毒品的內地男女身份。
2025年12月17日傍晚，本局人員發現上述兩名涉案內地男女入境本澳並入住北區一酒店，隨即展開部署。其間，發現兩名涉案香港男女前往該酒店與兩人會面後離開，本局人員立即進行截查。調查顯示，涉案香港男子稍早在酒店房間內交付毒品，本局人員在其身上搜獲3個避孕套及膠紙，以及在涉案香港女子身上查獲6個避孕套。
與此同時，本局人員截查兩名涉案內地男女，於其所住之酒店房間內搜獲5粒以避孕套包裹的懷疑“冰”毒“毒蛋”。其後，該名涉案內地女子體內亦排出一枚“毒蛋”。是次行動共檢獲6粒以避孕套包裹之“冰”毒，連包裝總重約330克，約值99萬澳門元。
經查，四名涉案男女受跨境販毒集團指使和安排進行販毒活動。當中兩名涉案香港男女從香港上線成員取得毒品並偷運入境本澳，隨後到涉案酒店與兩名涉案內地男女會合，將“毒蛋”交予對方，再以體內藏毒方式偷運離澳。經對四人進行尿液檢測，兩名涉案香港男女的結果對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局根據調查所得，分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將四名涉案人移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其他涉案人士。
Cross-border drug trafficking case cracked, with four individuals arrested
Based on intelligence, the Judiciary Police learnt that a cross-border drug trafficking syndicate was attempting to arrange personnel to smuggle drugs into Macao, before transferring them to neighbouring regions. Upon investigation, two mainlanders responsible for transporting the drugs were identified.
On the evening of 17th December 2025, personnel of the Judiciary Police discovered that the two aforesaid mainlanders had entered Macao and checked into a hotel in the northern district. Deployment was immediately initiated. During the course, it was discovered that the two involved Hongkongers had gone to the hotel to meet the pair and then left, whereupon personnel of the Judiciary Police promptly carried out an interception. Investigation revealed that the involved Hong Kong man had earlier delivered drugs inside the hotel room. Personnel of the Judiciary Police seized three condoms and adhesive tape from him, while six condoms were seized from the involved Hong Kong woman.
Meanwhile, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the two involved mainlanders. Five suspected “ice” pellets wrapped in condoms were seized from the hotel room where they were staying. Subsequently, one “drug pellet” was discharged from the body of the involved Hong Kong woman. During the operation, a total of six “ice” pellets wrapped in condoms were seized, with a total weight of approximately 330 grams including the packaging and an estimated value of MOP990,000.
Upon investigation, it was learnt that the four involved individuals had been instructed and arranged by the cross-border drug syndicate to carry out drug trafficking activities. Among them, two involved Hongkongers obtained the drugs from upper level members in Hong Kong and smuggled them into Macao. They then went to the involved hotel to meet the two involved mainlanders, handed over the “drug pellets” to them, and subsequently smuggled them out of Macao by means of body cavity concealment. After conducting urine tests on the quartet, the two involved Hongkongers tested positive for drugs.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances respectively, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and other involved individuals.
Resolução de um caso de tráfico de droga transfronteiriço e detidos quatro homens e mulheres
Segundo as informações obtidas pela PJ, apurou-se que uma rede de tráfico de droga transfronteiriça enviaria pessoal para transportar droga até Macau introduzindo-a depois nas regiões vizinhas. Após as investigações, conseguiu-se identificar um casal do continente, responsável pelo transporte de droga.
No final da tarde do dia 17 de Dezembro de 2025, verificou-se que o casal em causa entrou em Macau e hospedou-se num hotel da zona do norte. Foi iniciado de imediato a investigação descobrindo-se que um casal de Hong Kong tinha entrado nesse hotel onde se reuniu com o casal em causa após o que saiu do local. O nosso pessoal pôs-se logo em acção e interceptou os indivíduos em causa. Conforme o apurado, o homem de Hong Kong tinha entregue drogas no quarto do hotel e, na sua posse, foram encontrados e apreendidos 3 preservativos e fitas-cola, bem como 6 preservativos na posse da mulher de Hong Kong.
Em simultâneo, o pessoal interceptou ainda o casal do continente e, no seu quarto, foram encontrados 5 invólucros, de forma oval, suspeitos de serem “ice”, envoltos em preservativos. Mais tarde, a mulher do continente acabou por expelir 1 invólucro, de forma oval. Nesta operação, foram apreendidas, no total, 6 invólucros, de forma oval, envoltos em preservativos, com peso total de 330 gramas (incluindo a embalagem), valendo aproximadamente 990.000 patacas.
Na investigação descobriu-se que os 4 indivíduos, homens e mulheres, pertenciam a uma rede de tráfico de droga transfronteiriça. Dois dos suspeitos, o casal de Hong Kong, obtiveram a droga através dos membros da rede em Hong Kong e transportaram-na para Macau, entregando esses invólucros, de forma oval, ao casal do continente no quarto do hotel os quais iriam transportar essas drogas dentro do seu corpo humano para sairem de Macau. Foram realizados testes da urina dos detidos, com resultado positivo para o casal de Hong Kong.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, os 4 detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público pelo crime de tráfico e consumo ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas. Ao mesmo tempo a PJ continua à procura da fonte da droga e de outros eventuais envolvidos.
