內地男子涉搶劫就逮
2025年12月15日下午，內地女事主應涉案內地男子邀約，攜同10萬港元現金及4個面值10萬港元的籌碼前往氹仔一酒店客房進行兌換。在房間內，涉案男子要求事主將上述財物放在枱上，隨後借故拖延轉帳並乘事主不察時突然施襲，以膠帶及膠紙綑綁事主四肢及頭部，再以浴袍腰帶將事主綑綁於椅子上，掠去事主手機及枱上50萬港元財物後逃去。事主其後自行掙脫綑綁並向酒店大堂職員求助，案件經治安警察局轉交本局第四統籌科跟進。
本局人員經調查後鎖定涉案男子身份及蹤跡，同日晚上在氹仔一娛樂場內成功將其緝捕歸案，檢獲約3萬港元涉案籌碼。經查，其餘贓款分別被涉案男子轉帳予內地友人及賭博輸掉，而事主的手機則被丟棄街上。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並就有人涉嫌在本澳經營不法匯兌另立案卷調查。
Mainland man apprehended for robbery
On the afternoon of 15th December 2025, the mainland female victim accepted the invitation of the involved mainland man to bring with her cash of HKD100,000 and 4 chips with face value of HKD100,000 to a hotel room in Taipa for exchange. Inside the room, the involved man requested the victim to put the abovementioned property on the table. He then made excuses to delay the transfer and assaulted the unwary victim suddenly, tying the victim’s limbs and head with plastic strips and scotch tape, and binding her to a chair with the bathrobe belt. He fled after snatching the victim’s mobile phone and the property of HKD500,000 on the table. The victim, who subsequently managed to free herself, sought help from the staff of the hotel lobby. The case was transferred by the Public Security Police Force to the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police for follow up.
Upon investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police identified the involved man and his whereabouts, apprehending him successfully in a casino in Taipa and seizing on him the involved chips of approximately HKD30,000 on the night of the same day. Investigation revealed that the remaining illicit proceeds were transferred by the involved man to his friends in the mainland and gambled away, while the victim’s mobile phone had been discarded in the street.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery, while another case dossier was established for investigation in regard to somebody’s suspected operation of illegal currency exchange in Macao.
Detido um homem do continente por roubo
Na tarde de 15 de Dezembro de 2025, a convite de um homem do continente, uma mulher, também do continente, levou 100 mil HKD em dinheiro e 4 fichas de jogo no valor de 100 mil HKD para um quarto de hotel na Taipa, para trocar dinheiro. Dentro do quarto, o homem em causa exigiu que a vítima colocasse os referidos bens em cima da mesa. Em seguida, protelou a transferência com vários pretextos e quando a vítima se distraiu, atacou-a subitamente. O homem usou fita-cola para amarrar os membros e a cabeça da vítima e prendeu-a a uma cadeira com o cinto de um roupão de banho do hotel, fugindo depois com o telemóvel da vítima e os seus bens num valor de 500 mil HKD. Posteriormente, a vítima conseguiu soltar-se das amarras e pediu ajuda à segurança do lobby do hotel. O caso foi transferido pelo CPSP para a 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ.
Na investigação, o pessoal da PJ conseguiu identificar o suspeito e rastrear o seu paradeiro. O homem foi detido na noite do mesmo dia em que ocorreu o crime, no casino na Taipa e foram apreendidas fichas de jogo no valor de cerca de 30 mil HKD. Na investigação, foi apurado que o restante do dinheiro roubado foi transferido pelo detido para amigos na China continental e perdido em apostas de jogo, o telemóvel da vítima foi deitado fora.
Em conformidade com a investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por roubo. Além disso, foi instaurado outro processo para investigar o envolvimento do detido em exploração de câmbio ilícito em Macau.
