三男子涉加重盜竊及犯罪集團被拘
2025年12月12日，本局先後接獲治安警察局轉交兩宗盜竊案，經第二統籌科跟進調查後，查知兩宗案件涉及一個七人犯罪集團且由同一名涉案內地男子策劃。其中首宗案件，事主於2025年12月11日將兩盒價值10,050港元的雪茄存放在北區一商場儲物櫃內，翌日凌晨一名在逃涉案男子撬毀該商場儲物櫃盜取雪茄後將之交給涉案內地男子，隨後涉案內地男子駕駛電單車接載該名在逃涉案男子離開現場。而第二宗案件，事主於2025年12月10日將31包花膠存放在北區一工業大廈貨倉內，12月12日清晨涉案內地男子帶領五名同黨作案，由首名涉案本澳男子聯同三名在逃同黨破壞貨倉大門鎖具及倉內監控系統，盜取部分共值31萬澳門元的花膠後，交由次名涉案本澳男子以私家車將贓物運載至其租賃的北區一住宅單位內收藏。
本局人員經部署後於2025年12月13日晚採取行動，到上述涉案住宅單位附近先後緝獲涉案內地男子及次名涉案本澳男子，並於12月14日早上在首名涉案本澳男子經關閘口岸離境時將之截獲。經查，首名涉案本澳男子承認收取涉案內地男子給予的2萬港元報酬，在案中負責破壞貨倉鎖具及搬運贓物。其後，本局人員在上述涉案住宅單位內成功起回被盜的其中29包花膠。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪及犯罪集團罪將三名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人及贓物下落。
Three men arrested for aggravated theft and criminal syndicate
The Public Security Police Force successively transferred two cases of theft to the Judiciary Police on 12th December 2025. Follow-up investigation by the 2nd Section of Coordination substantiated that the two cases, involving a seven-member criminal syndicate, were masterminded by the same involved man from mainland China. In the first case, the victim had stored two boxes of cigars valued at HKD 10,050 in a locker at a shopping mall in the northern district on 11th December 2025. During the wee hours the following day, an involved man at large pried open the said locker to steal the cigars, which he handed over to the involved mainland Chinese man, who then picked up the former on a motorbike to flee the scene. In the second case, the victim had stored 31 packs of fish maw in the warehouse at an industrial building in the northern district on 10th December 2025. On the early morning of December 12th, the involved mainland Chinese man headed five accomplices in his perpetration, during which he conspired with three accomplices at large to break the lock of the warehouse gate and the surveillance system therein to steal some of the fish maw that was worth MOP 310,000 in total. It was then handed over to the second involved local man, who transported, by private car, and hid the stolen goods in his rental residential apartment in the northern district.
Upon deployment, the Judiciary Police officers took action on the evening of 13th December 2025, successively arresting the involved mainland Chinese man and the second involved local man near the said residential apartment. The first involved local man was intercepted during his departure via Portas do Cerco on the morning of December 14th. He admitted to have received a reward of HKD 20,000 from the involved mainland Chinese man for damaging the warehouse lock and moving the stolen goods. The Judiciary Police officers later successfully retrieved 29 packs of the stolen fish maw in the said residential apartment.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of aggravated theft and criminal syndicate, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large and the whereabouts of the stolen goods.
Três homens detidos por furto qualificado e associação criminosa
Em 12 de Dezembro de 2025, a PJ recebeu dois casos de furto transferidos pelo CPSP. Na investigação desenvolvida pela 2.ª Secção de Coordenação, apurou-se que os crimes estavam ligados a um grupo de sete pessoas e foram organizados por um homem da China continental. Conforme consta do primeiro caso, no dia 11, o lesado colocou duas caixas de charutos, avaliados em 10.050 HKD, num cacifo dum centro comercial da zona norte. Na madrugada seguinte, um homem, que está em fuga, arrombou o cacifo, tirou os charutos e entregou-os ao homem do continente, depois este conduziu uma mota e saiu transportando o seu cúmplice na mesma. Quanto ao segundo caso, no dia 10, o lesado pôs 31 pacotes de bexiga de peixe seca numa arrecadação dum edifício industrial da zona norte. Na madrugada do dia 12, aquele homem da China liderou os seguintes cinco cúmplices para actuarem: o primeiro homem de Macau, em conjunto com três cúmplices, actualmente em fuga, destruiu a fechadura da porta principal da arrecadação e o sistema de vigilância, furtou as bexigas secas, que valem 310 mil patacas e entregou-as ao segundo homem de Macau, o qual transportou os objectos furtados no carro para um apartamento da zona norte.
O pessoal da PJ preparou uma acção e pô-la em prática na noite de 13 de Dezembro, nas proximidades do referido apartamento deteve o homem da China continental e o segundo homem de Macau. Na manha de 14, foi também detido o primeiro homem de Macau quando tentava partir pelas Portas do Cerco. No interrogatório, o primeiro homem local admitiu ter recebido 20 mil HKD dados pelo homem do continente, para estragar as fechaduras da arrecadação e transportar os artigos. Mais tarde, o nosso pessoal conseguiu recuperar no mesmo apartamento 29 dos pacotes de bexiga de peixe seca.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os três homens foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado e associação criminosa. Além disso, a PJ continua à procura dos suspeitos em fuga e dos restantes objectos furtados.
