兩內地漢涉搶劫被拘
2025年12月4日凌晨，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗搶劫案。案中內地男事主聲稱於2025年12月3日晚，在朋友介紹下到路氹城區一酒店房間內向兩名涉案內地男子收購金鏈，在檢查金鏈期間，對方突然施襲並以酒店浴袍腰帶綑綁其四肢，奪去其斜背包內的140萬港元現金後逃離現場。事主隨即掙脫綑綁並從後追趕，終在走廊截停兩人，糾纏間驚動酒店保安員介入及報警。
本局第四統籌科迅速派員到場調查，檢獲全部140萬港元贓款。經查，本局人員發現事主以進行黃金買賣為藉口，掩飾不法匯兌活動，已就相關情況另立案卷調查。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Two mainland men arrested for robbery
In the wee hours of 4th December 2025, the Public Security Police Force transferred a robbery case to the Judiciary Police. In the case, the mainland male victim alleged that on the evening of 3rd December 2025, he went to a hotel room in Cotai to buy a gold chain from the two involved mainland men through a friend’s introduction. When he was checking the gold chain, the other party suddenly attacked him, tied up his four limbs with the waist belts of the hotel robes and took HKD1.4 million in cash from his shoulder bag before fleeing the scene. The victim broke free immediately and chased after them, intercepting them in the corridor eventually. The commotion alerted the hotel security guards to intervene and call the police.
The 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police swiftly dispatched personnel to the scene to investigate, and the entire HKD1.4 million illicit proceed was seized. Investigation revealed that the victim had used the pretext of buying gold to disguise his illegal currency exchange activity. As such, a separate case had been opened for investigation.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery.
Detidos dois homens do continente por roubo
Na madrugada de 4 de Dezembro de 2025, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pelo CPSP, no qual um homem do continente disse que ia, no dia 3 de Dezembro de 2025, a um quarto de hotel no Cotai, para comprar uma corrente de ouro junto a dois indivíduos, ambos do continente e apresentados por um amigo. Durante a inspecção da corrente, foi atacado pelos indivíduos e foi amarrado com o cinto de um roupão de banho do hotel. Os dois suspeitos roubaram-lhe 1,4 milhões de HKD em dinheiro guardado na bolsa atiracolo e fugiram do local. A vítima libertou-se logo das amarras e perseguiu-os, acabando por os interceptar no corredor. O conflito chamou a atenção do pessoal de segurança do hotel, que interveio e alertou a polícia.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ enviou rapidamente pessoal para o local da ocorrência e conseguiu recuperar todo o dinheiro roubado. Após averiguações, foi apurado que a vítima tinha usado o pretexto de realizar transacções com ouro para ocultar a actividade de câmbio ilícito para jogo, tendo sido instaurado separadamente um processo para investigação.
Conforme os resultados obtidos, os dois detidos foram presentes ao Ministério público por roubo.
