馬來西亞籍男子涉販運大麻花被拘
本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報查悉有販毒集團安排成員經航空渠道將毒品偷運到本澳，再伺機轉運往鄰近地區，遂聯同泰國及香港警方展開聯合調查，成功鎖定一名馬來西亞籍男子。2025年12月2日晚，本局人員於涉案馬來西亞籍男子飛抵本澳並準備登車離開機場時採取行動，即場在其行李箱內檢獲12包以錫紙真空包裝的懷疑大麻花。
經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實上述物品為毒品大麻，連同包裝共重約6,279克，約值627萬澳門元。
經查，涉案男子在馬來西亞受販毒集團招攬，於泰國接收藏有涉案大麻花之行李箱後乘搭航班前往菲律賓，隨即轉飛本澳並伺機將毒品偷運到香港，倘若事成可獲1萬馬來西亞令吉報酬；而負責駕車接載的司機則初步排除涉案。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Malaysian man arrested for trafficking cannabis buds
Based on intelligence, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police found out that a drug trafficking syndicate had arranged their members to traffic drugs to Macao by air in order to wait for an opportunity to transfer the drugs to neighbouring regions. As such, a joint investigation was launched with the Thailand and the Hong Kong Police Forces, with a Malaysian man identified successfully. On the night of 2nd December 2025, the Judiciary Police officers took actions when the involved Malaysian man had arrived in Macao by air and was boarding a car intending to leave the airport. Twelve packs of suspected cannabis buds, vacuum-packed in foil, were seized inside his luggage right at the scene.
Subsequent to urgent forensic examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, it was verified that the aforementioned items were the drug cannabis buds, weighing around 6,279 grams in total together with the packaging, with a worth of around MOP6.27 million.
Investigation revealed that the involved man was recruited by a drug trafficking syndicate in Malaysia, receiving the luggage which contained the involved cannabis buds in Thailand, where he took a flight to the Philippines and forthwith transferred by air to Macao, waiting for his opportunity to smuggle the drugs to Hong Kong. A reward of MYR10,000 could be obtained upon completion. Whilst, it was initially ruled out that the pickup driver was involved in the case.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.
Detido um homem malaio por tráfico de flor de canábis
De acordo com as informações, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes apurou que um grupo de narcotráfico mandou um dos seus empregados para contrabandear droga por via aérea para Macau, para depois transportar essa droga para regiões vizinhas. Assim, desencadeou, em colaboração com as polícias da Tailândia e de Hong Kong, uma investigação conjunta, a qual permitiu identificar um homem malaio. Na noite de 2 de Dezembro de 2025, o homem chegou a Macau e no momento em que estava a entrar no carro e sair do aeroporto, o nosso pessoal entrou em acção. Na sua bagagem encontrou, 12 pacotes a vácuo em papel de alumínio, que se suspeitava ser de flor de canábis.
O exame urgente realizado pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses confirmou que se tratava de flor de canábis e pesava 6.279 gramas incluindo a embalagem, com valor estimado de 6,27 milhões de patacas.
Após averiguações, apurou-se que o suspeito tinha sido recrutado por uma rede de narcotráfico na Malásia. O mesmo recebeu uma mala de viagem que continha a droga na Tailândia, embarcando num voo para as Filipinas e depois voou de imediato para Macau, onde ficou a aguardar uma oportunidade para contrabandear essa droga para Hong Kong. Se conseguisse com sucesso o transporte, ele iria receber um pagamento de 10.000 ringgits malaios. Além disso, foi preliminarmente excluído o envolvimento do condutor do carro no crime.
De acordo com os resultados obtidos na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, ao passo que os outros suspeitos em fuga continuam a ser procurados.
