司警局與內地警方合作偵破搶劫案 兩漢就擒
2025年11月25日，本澳男事主應邀到氹仔一酒店客房內與首名涉案內地男子進行虛擬貨幣兌換。事主接收對方27萬港元現金後隨即將款項放入褲袋，並以手機向對方轉帳34,726個USDT虛擬貨幣，其後對方以未能收到轉帳為由召來一名內地男同黨。事主見狀立即離開房間，在走廊欲致電報警時遭兩名涉案男子毆打。其後次名涉案男子奪去事主褲袋內的合共28萬港元現金並逃離現場，而首名涉案男子則被事主擒獲。案件經治安警察局轉交本局跟進。
本局第四統籌科展開調查，於11月27日緝獲首名涉案男子並以搶劫罪將其移送檢察院偵辦，同時查悉次名涉案男子於作案後已潛逃內地，隨即循緊急警務聯絡機制請求內地警方協助。在國家公安部協調、廣西壯族自治區公安廳及廣東省公安廳協作下，次名涉案男子於12月1日在廣西壯族自治區貴港市落網。
是次案件得以成功偵破並迅速拘捕身處內地的作案人，充分反映兩地警務合作機制暢通有效，並彰顯兩地警方合作打擊跨境犯罪、共同維護社會治安的決心和能力。
The Judiciary Police and the Mainland Police teamed up to crack robbery case, two men apprehended
On 25th November 2025, the Macao male victim was invited to a hotel room in Taipa to engage in virtual currency exchange with the first involved Mainland man. Upon receipt of HKD270,000 in cash from the other party, the victim put the money into his pants pocket and transferred 34,726 USDT to the other party via mobile phone. Subsequently, claiming he had not received the transfer, the other party summoned a Mainland male accomplice. Seeing what was happening, the victim promptly exited the room. When he was about to call the police for help in the corridor, he was assaulted by the two involved men. Afterwards, the second involved man snatched a total of HKD280,000 in cash from the victim’s pants pocket and fled the scene. The first involved man was captured by the victim. The Public Security Police Force then transferred the case to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
The 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation. On November 27th, the first involved man was nabbed and transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery. Meanwhile, it was learnt form investigation that, the second involved man had absconded to the Mainland after committing the crime. Thus, a request for assistance was immediately made to the Mainland Police through the emergency police liaison mechanism. With the coordination from the Ministry of Public Security and cooperation from the Public Security Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the second involved man was apprehended in Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on December 1st.
The successful bust of this case and the swift apprehension of the perpetrator in the Mainland fully reflected the smooth and effective operation of the police cooperation mechanism of the two regions. It also highlighted the determination and capability of law enforcement agencies from both jurisdictions to collaborate in combatting cross-border crime and jointly uphold public security.
