本澳男子涉販吸毒法辦

本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報查知一名本澳男子從香港偷運“冰”毒以及含依托咪酯的電子煙煙彈回澳販賣，經與香港警方進行協查後於2025年11月25日採取行動，在涉案本澳男子經港珠澳大橋口岸入境時將其截獲，並在其身上搜獲4小包連包裝共重9.56克懷疑“冰”毒，以及3顆懷疑含依托咪酯的電子煙煙彈。

經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實上述物品為“冰”毒，而電子煙煙彈內亦含有依托咪酯，全部毒品總值約3.1萬澳門元。

經查，涉案男子吸毒多年，尿液檢測結果對毒品呈陽性反應。其從香港購買並偷運回澳的毒品除供個人吸食外，近月亦開始向他人轉售圖利。

本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續就案件進行深入調查。

Local man apprehended for drug trafficking and consumption

Based on intelligence, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police learned that a local man had smuggled the drug “ice” and e-cigarette cartridges containing etomidate from Hong Kong to Macao for trafficking.  Having conducted collaborative investigation with the Hong Kong police, the Judiciary Police took action on 25th November 2025, intercepting the involved local man when he entered Macao via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port and seizing on him 4 small packets of the suspected drug “ice” weighing with the packaging 9.56 grams in total, as well as 3 e-cigarette cartridges suspected of containing etomidate.

Urgent examination conducted by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police confirmed that the abovementioned items were the drug “ice”, while the e-cigarette cartridges also contained etomidate, all of which were worth approximately MOP31,000 in total.

Investigation revealed that the involved man had abused drugs for years, and his urine drug test yielded positive results.  Apart from personal consumption, the drugs he bought and smuggled from Hong Kong to Macao were also re-sold to others for profits in recent months.

Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to conduct in-depth investigation of the case.

Detido um residente local por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes

Conforme as informações recebidas, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes tomou conhecimento que um residentede Macau estaria a trazer clandestinamente “Ice” e cartuchos de cigarro electrónico contendo “Etomidate” de Hong Kong para serem vendidos em Macau.

Após a cooperação com a Polícia de Hong Kong, foi iniciada, em 25 de Novembro de 2025, uma operação. O homem em causa foi interceptado ao entrar em Macau através da ponte Hong Kong － Zhuhai － Macau, foram encontrados na sua posse quatro saquinhos que se suspeitava conter "Ice", com um peso total de 9,56 gramas incluindo as embalagens. Além disso, também foram encontrados três cartuchos de cigarro electrónico contendo “Etomidate”.

Conforme o resultado do exame urgente realizado pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses, confirmou-se que era “Ice” e que os cartuchos de cigarro electrónico também continham “Etomidate”. O valor total da droga é de 31.000 patacas.

No interrogatório, apurou-se que o detido consumia drogas há muitos anos. Além de consumo próprio das drogas que comprava em Hong Kong, também traficava em Macau. Revendendo, nos últimos meses, a droga a terceiros.

Com base nos resultados obtidos na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes. A investigação continua em curso.
