菲籍女子涉加重盜竊及詐騙被拘
2025年11月23日中午，本澳男事主向本局報稱其存放於家中上鎖抽屜內總值約8萬澳門元的8件首飾以及5,000澳門元現金失竊，懷疑為其家傭所為。
本局第四統籌科人員隨即前往現場調查，結果搜出由涉案菲律賓籍女傭藏匿在洗手間內的其中2件失竊首飾，並在其房間內檢獲多張押票。其後本局人員在3間押店內再起回5件失竊首飾，經事主辨認後證實屬其所有。上述7件成功起回的首飾共值約46,500澳門元。
經查，涉案女子藉工作之便，於2025年4月至11月期間多次盜竊僱主家中的現金和首飾，得手後隨即將贓物典當，所得款項已用於日常開支。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊及詐騙罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其餘贓物下落。

At noon on 23rd November 2025, the local male victim reported to the Judiciary Police that eight pieces of jewelry worth a total of MOP80,000 approximately and MOP5,000 in cash that he had kept in a locked drawer at his home were missing, suspected to have been stolen by his domestic helper.
The personnel of the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police went to conduct an investigation at the scene, and recovered two pieces of the stolen jewelry that the involved Filipina domestic helper had hidden in the bathroom. Several pawn tickets were also found in her room. Subsequently, the personnel of the Judiciary Police recovered five more pieces of jewelry from three pawn shops. After verification, the victim confirmed that they belonged to him. The above seven pieces of jewelry that were recovered successfully had a total value of MOP46,500.
Investigation revealed that the involved woman had taken advantage of her position at work, stole cash and jewelries from her employer’s home on multiple occasions between April and November 2025, and pawned the stolen items right away. The illicit proceeds had been spent on daily expenses.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offences of aggravated theft and fraud, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the other stolen items.

Na tarde de 23 de Novembro de 2025, um homem local (vítima) fez queixa à PJ, dizendo ter descoberto que 8 peças de jóias que custavam cerca de 80.000 patacas e 5.000 patacas em numerário, armazenadas numa gaveta trancada da casa tinham sido furtadas, suspeitando que, a empregada doméstica teria sido a autora do furto.
O pessoal da 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ deslocou-se imediatamente ao local para investigar. Na casa de banho foram encontradas duas peças de jóias e no quarto da empregada vários talões de penhor. Posteriormente, o nosso pessoal deslocou-se às três casas de penhor e recuperou cinco das jóias furtadas. Após a identificação feita pela vítima, confirmou-se que os bens lhe pertenciam. O valor total das sete peças de jóias recuperadas valia um total de cerca de 46.500 patacas.
Na investigação, apurou-se que a detida quando trabalhava na casa da vítima aproveitou a ocasião entre o período de Abril e Novembro de 2025 para furtar várias vezes o dinheiro e as jóias que se encontravam em casa, em seguida penhorou as jóias e todo o dinheiro obtido foi usado para despesas diárias.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público, acusada de furto qualificado e de burla. A PJ continua à procura dos restantes objectos furtados.
