本澳男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2025年11月13日，本局接獲路氹城區一酒店代表舉報，指轄下一名前堂主任利用職務之便盜取酒店4,800澳門元及36.5萬港元現金。
本局第二統籌科跟進調查，查知涉案本澳男子於今年9月至11月期間多次利用職權及同事信任，向下屬借用員工證後私自開啟鎖匙箱取出各人的保險箱鎖匙，再盜取由酒店分配予員工並存放在保險箱內的日常運作款項。案中至少12個保險箱內的款項被盜。
11月15日，本局人員於涉案男子經澳門國際機場口岸入境時將其截獲，並在其身上搜獲6,000港元現金。經查，涉案男子在作案後隨即前往娛樂場賭博並將贓款全數輸清。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for aggravated theft
On 13th November 2025, the Judiciary Police received a report from a representative of a hotel in Cotai district, alleging that one of their front desk supervisors had stolen MOP4,800 and HKD365,000 of cash from the hotel by taking advantage of his position.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police followed up on the investigation, and discovered that the involved local man had taken advantage of his authority and the trust of his colleagues for multiple times between September and November 2025, borrowing the staff cards of his subordinates to secretly unlock the key boxes and take away their respective keys to the safe boxes, stealing the daily operation funds, which were allocated to the employees by the hotel, from the safe boxes. Funds from at least 12 safe boxes were stolen in this incident.
On November 15th, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the involved man when he was entering Macao via the Macau International Airport checkpoint, seizing HKD6,000 of cash from him. Investigation revealed that the involved man had gone to casinos and gambled away all the illicit proceeds right after his perpetration.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um residente por furto qualificado
Em 13 de Novembro de 2025, recebemos uma queixa de um representante de um hotel do Cotai, alegando que um ex-funcionário, que fora chefia do seu hotel, se tinha aproveitado da sua função para furtar 4.800 patacas e 365.000 HKD, em numerário.
A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ acompanhou o caso e apurou que o suspeito, um residente local, entre Setembro e Novembro deste ano, tinha aproveitado várias vezes do seu poder funcional e confiança dos colegas para aceder à caixa de chaves com o cartão de trabalhador dos subordinados, sem consentimento dos colegas. Depois, com as chaves que podiam aceder aos cofres dos colegas, furtou o dinheiro que o hotel tinha distribuído nos cofres dos funcionários, como fundo para despesas quotidianas. Este caso envolvia dinheiro de, pelo menos, 12 cofres.
Em 15 de Novembro, o nosso pessoal interceptou o suspeito quando este entrou em Macau pelo posto fronteiriço do Aeroporto Internacional de Macau. Na posse dele foram encontrado 6.000 HKD em numerário. Após investigação, apurou-se que o detido após cada actuação foi ao casino, onde perdeu todo dinheiro furtado.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de furto qualificado.
