本澳男子涉勒索及傷人法辦
2025年11月11日晚，本澳女事主於涉案本澳男子住所內提出分手，涉案男子即掌摑事主導致其跌倒受傷，並在事主欲致電報警時奪去其手機，以此勒索兩人交往期間的共同消費合共7萬澳門元。事主因擔心自身安全而被迫就範，偕同涉案男子到附近自動櫃員機提取5,000澳門元，連同身上5,000澳門元現金一併交出，又透過銀行手機應用程式向對方轉帳1萬澳門元。由於事主無力支付餘款，涉案男子遂交還手機，並着事主稍後再歸還5萬澳門元。其後兩人各自離開，事主於翌日凌晨報警求助。
本局第四統籌科跟進調查，於11月12日上午在涉案男子住所將其緝獲，在其身上及住所內搜獲1萬澳門元現金贓款以及用作接收事主轉帳的手機。
本局根據調查所得，以勒索及普通傷害身體完整性等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man charged with extortion and assault
On the evening of 11th November 2025, the Macao female victim asked the involved local man for a breakup at his residence. He immediately slapped her, causing her to fall and sustain injuries. When she tried to call the police, he snatched her phone and used it to extort a total of MOP70,000 from her, claiming it was for their joint expenses during the relationship. Fearing for her safety, she was forced to comply. She accompanied the involved man to a nearby ATM and withdrew MOP 5,000. Together with MOP5,000 in cash she had on her, she handed over the money. She also transferred MOP10,000 to him via a mobile banking app. Unable to pay the remaining amount, the involved man returned her phone, instructing her to repay the remaining MOP50,000 later. They then left separately, and the victim reported to the police for assistance early the following morning.
Following up on the investigation, the Fourth Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police apprehended the involved man at his residence on the morning of November 12th. Illicit cash of MOP10,000 and a mobile phone used to receive the victim’s transfers were found on him and in his residence.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office on charges of extortion and common assault causing harm to bodily integrity.
Detido um residente por extorsão e agressão
Na noite de 11 de Novembro de 2025, uma mulher de Macau propôs terminar a relação com um homem, em casa dele em Macau. O homem deu-lhe uma bofetada, fazendo com que ela caísse e sofresse ferimentos. Quando ela tentou chamar a Polícia, ele tirou-lhe o telemóvel e extorquiu-lhe 70.000 patacas por despesas consumidas durante a relação. A vítima, temendo pela sua própria vida, foi obrigada a obedecer e deslocou-se, acompanhada pelo suspeito, até uma caixa ATM para levantar 5.000 patacas, entregando essa quantia juntamente com as 5.000 patacas em dinheiro que tinha consigo. Posteriormente, transferiu 10.000.00 patacas para o suspeito através da aplicação bancária móvel. Como a vítima não conseguiu pagar o remanescente do dinheiro, o envolvido devolveu-lhe o telemóvel e pediu-lhe que pagasse mais 50.000 patacas. Depois os dois deixaram o local separadamente, e a vítima comunicou o incidente à Polícia na madrugada do dia seguinte.
A 4.a Secção de Coordenação da PJ deu seguimento à investigação do caso e deteve o suspeito na sua residência na manhã do dia 12 de Novembro. Foram encontradas, tanto na sua posse como na sua residência, 10.000 patacas em numerário e o telemóvel utilizado para receber a transferência bancária da vítima.
Conforme o que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por extorsão e ofensa simples à integridade física.
