菲籍婦涉加重盜竊及詐騙就逮
2025年10月30日晚，首名事主發現其存放於家中上鎖抽屜內總值約100,000澳門元的14件首飾，以及折合約20,100澳門元的多種貨幣失竊，故報警求助。案件經治安警察局轉交司法警察局第四統籌科。
本局人員隨即前往現場調查，結果在首名事主聘請的留宿菲律賓籍女傭房間內搜獲其中2件失竊首飾、部分贓款以及多張押票，並查知涉案菲律賓籍女子於本澳多間押店有大量典當紀錄。其後本局人員在押店內起回屬於首名事主的12件首飾，以及一批屬於涉案女子前僱主的典當物，從而揭發其亦曾盜竊其前僱主的財物。在本局人員主動聯絡後，曾聘用涉案女子的次名事主仔細檢查家中財物情況，發現總值約143,500澳門元的多枚金幣以及2件首飾被盜。
經查，涉案女子在受聘於兩名事主期間，多次藉工作之便盜竊僱主家中的現金和財物，得手後隨即典當有關首飾，所得款項已用於日常開支。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊及詐騙罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Filipina arrested for aggravated theft and fraud
On the evening of 30th October 2025, the first victim discovered the theft of 14 pieces of jewellery worth approximately MOP 100,000 in total and various currencies equivalent to approximately MOP 20,100, which had been stored in a locked drawer at home. Therefore, the matter was reported to the police for assistance. The case was referred by the Public Security Police Force to the Fourth Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police.
Officers of the Judiciary Police immediately proceeded to the scene for investigation. As a result, two pieces of the stolen jewellery, a portion of the stolen money, and several pawn tickets were found in the room of the live-in Filipino maid hired by the first victim. It was also discovered that the involved Filipina had numerous pawn records at multiple pawnshops in Macao. Subsequently, the Judiciary Police officers recovered 12 pieces of jewellery belonging to the first victim, as well as a batch of pawned items belonging to the involved woman’s former employer in the pawnshops, thereby revealing that she had also stolen property from her former employer. Following proactive contact by the Judiciary Police officers, the second victim, who had previously employed the involved woman, thoroughly inspected the valuables at home and found that several gold coins and two pieces of jewellery, valued at approximately MOP 143,500 in total, had been stolen.
Investigation revealed that during her employment with both victims, the involved woman had repeatedly made use of her position at work to steal cash and valuables from their homes. After the thefts, she swiftly pawned the related jewellery, and the proceeds were used for daily expenses.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office on charges of aggravated theft and fraud.

Na noite de 30 de Outubro de 2025, a primeira vítima deste caso, depois de ter descoberto que 14 peças de joias que custavam cerca de 100.000 patacas e várias moedas que valiam aproximadamente 20.100 patacas, armazenadas numa gaveta trancada da casa tinham sido roubadas, chamou a polícia. O caso foi encaminhado pelo CPSP à 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ.
O nosso pessoal deslocou-se imediatamente ao local para investigar. No quarto onde a empregada de nacionalidade filipina dormia foram encontradas duas das joias roubadas, uma parte do dinheiro roubado e vários talões de penhor, passando-se assim a saber que a mulher filipina tinha penhorado, por várias vezes, bens em várias casas de penhor locais. O nosso pessoal recuperou 12 peças de joias pertencentes à primeira vítima e bens penhorados pertencentes a um ex-empregador da suspeita na mesma casa de penhor, descobrindo-se assim que ela também havia roubado os bens do seu ex-empregador. O nosso pessoal entrou em contacto com a pessoa que a contratou anteriormente, a segunda vítima deste caso. Esta averiguou cuidadosamente os bens da casa e descobriu que várias moedas de ouro e duas peças de ourivesaria haviam sido roubadas, com um valor total de aproximadamente 143.500 patacas.
Na investigação, apurou-se que a detida quando trabalhava na casa das duas vítimas aproveitou a ocasião para roubar o dinheiro e bens que se encontravam em casa, em seguida penhorou essas joias em casas de penhor, e uma parte do dinheiro obtido foi usado para despesas diárias.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público, acusada de furto qualificado e de burla.
