本澳夫婦涉偽造醫療單據詐騙保險被拘
2024年7月中旬，本澳一醫療中心接到保險公司抽查，以核實由一名本澳男子所提交的最近一次醫療索償就診單據之真偽，從而揭發就診單據屬偽造，醫療中心並無相關診症記錄，且有關醫生亦早已離職。事件揭發後，上述男子及其妻子曾到醫療中心內與負責人爭執，其間兩人承認醫療單據屬偽造並要求退回，醫療中心拒絕其要求並於7月16日報警求助。
本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查，查悉有關醫生並無簽發涉案單據，而患者亦從未向上述醫療中心求診，且進一步揭發涉案本澳夫婦於2023年11月至2025年6月期間偽造239張涉及三間醫療中心和三名醫生的就診單據，以此向保險公司索償16次，總金額達24.6萬澳門元。
2025年10月30日，本局人員於涉案夫婦住所內將其截獲，並搜出小量涉案醫療中心同款單據、平板電腦及手機等懷疑與犯罪有關的物品。
本局根據調查所得，以偽造文件及詐騙（相當巨額）等罪將涉案夫婦移送檢察院偵辦。
Local couple arrested for forging medical receipts for fraudulent insurance claims
In mid-July 2024, a medical centre in Macao received a random check request from an insurance company to authenticate the consultation receipt submitted by a local man for his latest medical claim, thereby revealing that the consultation receipt had been forged. The consultation record did not exist in the medical centre, and the relevant doctor had left the centre long before. After the incident was unveiled, the aforementioned man and his wife had proceeded to the medical centre and had a dispute with the person in charge. During the dispute, the couple admitted that the medical receipt was forged and requested to return it, while the medical centre refused their request and reported the case to the police on July 16th to seek assistance.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police initiated an investigation and found that the relevant doctor had not signed the involved receipt, and the patient had never consulted a doctor at the medical centre. It was further unveiled that between November 2023 and June 2025, the involved local couple had forged 239 consultation receipts involving three medical centres and three doctors to make 16 claims from the insurance company, totalling an amount of MOP 246,000.
On 30th October 2025, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved couple in their residence, where items suspected to be related to the crime such as a small quantity of receipts same as those of the involved medical centres, a tablet computer and mobile phones were seized.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved couple to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of forgery of documents and fraud (considerably huge amount).
Detido um casal local por falsificar recibos médicos para reembolsos de seguro
Em meados de Julho de 2024, um centro médico de Macau foi alvo de uma inspecção aleatória por parte de uma companhia de seguros, para verificar a autenticidade de um recibo de consulta médica recentemente apresentado por um homem de Macau. A inspecção revelou que o recibo era falso, não existindo registo de consulta correspondente no centro médico, sendo que o médico responsável já não trabalhava lá. Após ser exposto o incidente, o homem e a sua esposa foram ao centro médico para discutir com o responsável. Durante a discussão, os dois admitiram que o recibo médico era falsificado e exigiram a sua devolução. Mas, o responsável recusou o pedido e comunicou o caso à Polícia no dia 16 de Julho.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos da PJ iniciou uma investigação e verificou que o médico em questão não tinha emitido o recibo relevante e que o paciente nunca tinha procurado tratamento no referido centro médico. Além disso, descobriu-se que o casal falsificou 239 recibos de consultas médicas envolvendo três centros médicos e três médicos entre Novembro de 2023 e Junho de 2025, usando esses recibos para fazer 16 pedidos de indemnização à seguradora, totalizando 246.000 patacas.
Em 30 de Outubro de 2025, o nosso pessoal deteve o casal na sua residência, tendo apreendido uma pequena quantidade de recibos idênticos aos dos centros médicos envolvidos, bem como um “tablet” e telemóveis.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o casal foi presente ao MP por falsificação de documentos e burla (de valor elevado).
