本澳男子涉加重盜竊被拘
本局於2025年10月28日接獲治安警察局轉交一宗北區五金回收店爆竊案。當日早上該店店東及一名店員開門營業時發現店舖捲閘及店內保險箱被毀，保險箱內現金全數被盜，兩人分別損失30,730及3萬澳門元。
本局第二統籌科展開調查，發現涉案本澳男子於當日凌晨以手提電鋸鋸毀店舖捲閘並潛入店內，逗留約一小時後離開。同日下午，本局人員於涉案男子經關閘口岸離境時將其截獲，在其住所內搜獲作案時所使用的工具及衣物。經查，涉案男子作案後隨即前往娛樂場賭博，並將贓款全數輸清。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man apprehended for aggravated theft
On 28th October 2025, the Judiciary Police received a burglary case that had taken place in a hardware recycling shop in the Northern district from the Public Security Police Force. On the morning of that day, the owner of the shop and a staff member found that the rolling shutter and the safe box of the shop had been damaged prior to opening for business, with all the cash inside the safe box being stolen and losses of MOP30,730 and MOP30,000 had been incurred to the duo respectively.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation, learning that the involved local man sawed open the rolling shutter with a handheld electric saw and broke into the shop on the early morning of that day, staying inside for around one hour before he left. On the afternoon of the same day, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved man during his departure via the Border Gate Port, with tools and clothes used during perpetration seized in his residence. Investigation revealed that after the perpetration, the involved man immediately went to the casino and gambled away all the illicit proceeds.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem de Macau por furto qualificado
Em 28 de Outubro de 2025, a PJ recebeu um caso encaminhado pelo CPSP, sobre um furto numa loja de ferragens na zona norte. Na manha do mesmo dia, o dono e um trabalhador ao entrar na loja verificaram-se que a porta e a caixa de segurança tinham sido arrombadas. O dinheiro guardado na caixa desapareceu e os dois sofreram respectivamente um prejuízo de 30.730 e 30.000 patacas.
A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou a investigação e verificou que o suspeito, na madrugada do mesmo dia, utilizou uma motosserra portátil para arrombar a fechadura e entrar na loja, o que demorou uma hora. Na tarde do mesmo dia, o nosso pessoal interceptou o suspeito quando este tentava sair de Macau pelo Posto Fronteiriço das Portas de Cerco, na sua posse foi encontrado os instrumentos e roupas utilizados na prática. Na investigação, apurou que o suspeito após a prática se deslocou de imediato ao casino para jogar e perdeu todo o dinheiro furtado.
De acordo com as provas, o suspeito foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
