內地漢涉巨額詐騙就逮
2025年10月1日凌晨，內地男事主於皇朝區一街道上與一名男子兌換貨幣，在按對方指示轉帳73,840元人民幣至指定的內地銀行帳戶後，獲對方交付8萬港元現金，完成交易後雙方各自離開。事主隨即前往同區一娛樂場內賭博，在以上述現金兌換籌碼時被娛樂場職員揭發並非真鈔。案件經娛樂場通報本局處理。
經本局刑事技術廳進行檢驗，證實該批合共80張、每張面值1,000港元的紙鈔全為印有“COPY”字樣的道具鈔。
本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查，鎖定涉案內地男子身份，於2025年10月2日凌晨在治安警察局協助下於關閘口岸將其截獲。經查，本局人員在涉案內地男子身上搜獲8萬港元現金、作案時所穿衣物，以及1部手機。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for massive fraud
In the early hours of 1st October 2025, the mainland male victim was exchanging currency with another man on a street in the NAPE district. After transferring RMB73,840 to a designated mainland bank account as instructed by the latter, the former received HKD80,000 from the other party. Both parties then left separately after the transaction. The victim immediately went to gamble in a casino in the same district. While exchanging the aforementioned cash for chips, casino staff discovered that the banknotes were not genuine. The casino reported the case to the Judiciary Police for handling.
An examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police confirmed that 80 banknotes in total, each with a face value of HKD1,000, were all prop notes, printed with the word “COPY”.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, and identified the involved mainland man, who was intercepted at the Portas do Cerco in the early hours of 2nd October 2025 with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police personnel found HKD80,000 in cash, the clothing worn during perpetration, and a mobile phone from the involved mainland man.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of (massive) fraud.
Detido um homem do continente por burla de valor elevado
Na madrugada de 1 de Outubro de 2025, um homem do continente fez uma troca de dinheiro com outro homem na rua da zona do NAPE e também uma transferência de 73.840 Renminbis para uma conta bancária designada no continente, tendo recebido 80.000 HKD em dinheiro. A vítima deslocou-se logo de imediato a um casino da mesma zona para jogar, mas ao efectuar a troca de fichas foi descoberto pelo funcionário do casino que as notas eram falsas. O casino encaminhou o caso à PJ para averiguação.
Após examinação pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses, confirmou-se que essas 80 notas, de 1.000 HKD, imprimidas com “COPY” eram notas falsas.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos da PJ iniciou a investigação, conseguiu identificar um homem do continente e na madrugada de 2 de Outubro de 2025, o suspeito foi interceptado no Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco com o auxílio do CPSP. Na investigação, o nosso pessoal encontrou na posse do suspeito 80.000 HKD em dinheiro e um telemóvel.
De acordo com as provas obtidas, o suspeito foi presente ao MP por burla de valor elevado.
