偵破販運大麻案 馬來西亞籍男子就逮
本局毒品罪案調查處全力打擊國際跨境販毒活動，在根據情報排查抵澳航班時，發現販毒集團於2025年9月29日安排成員將毒品由馬來西亞經新加坡偷運到本澳後再伺機轉運往鄰近地區，遂展開部署，鎖定航班上一名馬來西亞籍可疑男子，並於同日傍晚該名男子抵澳時進行截查，即場在其行李箱內檢獲16包以膠袋真空包裝再裹上兩層黑色膠袋的懷疑大麻花。
經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實上述物品為毒品大麻花，連同包裝共重約9,436.8克，約值943萬澳門元。
經查，涉案男子在馬來西亞受販毒集團招攬，於當地接收藏有毒品之行李箱後乘搭航班前往新加坡，隨即轉飛本澳並伺機將毒品偷運到香港，倘若事成可獲5,000馬來西亞令吉報酬。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
本局於5日內接連偵破3宗經機場偷運毒品的案件，反映跨境販毒集團近期趨向利用航空渠道將毒品偷運至本澳後再轉往鄰近地區。本局將繼續深化與其他國家及地區緝毒部門的警務協作和情報交流，力求更精準高效打擊犯罪集團利用澳門作為販毒中轉站的不法活動。
Malaysian man arrested in crackdown on cannibis trafficking
The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police is fully committed to combatting international cross-border drug trafficking. While screening flights arriving in Macao based on intelligence, it was discovered that a drug trafficking syndicate had assigned a member to smuggle drugs from Malaysia via Singapore to Macao on 29th September 2025, then transit the drugs to neighbouring regions at an opportune moment. Therefore, deployment was initiated, and a suspicious Malaysian man on a flight was identified. Upon the man’s arrival in Macao on the evening of the same day, he was intercepted. At the scene, 16 packets of suspected cannabis flowers, vacuum-packed in plastic bags and then wrapped in two layers of black plastic bags, were found in his suitcase.
Upon emergency examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, the aforementioned items were confirmed to be cannabis flowers. The total weight, including packaging, was approximately 9,436.8 grams, valued at around MOP9.43 million.
Investigations revealed that the involved man was recruited by a drug trafficking syndicate in Malaysia. After receiving the suitcase containing the drugs locally, he boarded a flight to Singapore, and immediately flew to Macao, intending to smuggle the drugs to Hong Kong when the opportunity arose. If successful, he was to receive a reward of MYR5,000.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office on charges of illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while pursuing the remaining involved individuals at large.
Within a five-day period, the Judiciary Police successively solved three cases of drug smuggling via the airport. This indicated a recent trend where cross-border drug trafficking syndicates are increasingly utilising air routes to smuggle drugs into Macao before onward transit to neighbouring regions. The Judiciary Police will continue to deepen police cooperation and intelligence exchange with anti-drug departments from other countries and regions, striving for more precise and efficient fight against illegal activities where criminal syndicates exploit Macao as a drug transit hub.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de marijuana e detido um homem malaio
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes da PJ tem combatido vigorosamente as actividades de tráfico transfronteiriço de droga. De acordo com as informações, efectuou uma inspecção de voos com destino a Macau, e descobriu que um grupo de narcotráfico, em 29 de Setembro de 2025, mandou um seu membro para contrabandear droga, da Malásia para Macau via Singapura, o qual iria aguardar oportunidade para transportar essa droga para regiões vizinhas. Assim, iniciou uma operação e conseguiu identificar num voo um homem malaio, o qual foi interceptado quando chegou a Macau ao anoitecer daquele dia, no local foram apreendidos, na sua bagagem, 16 pacotes a vácuo em sacos plásticos e envoltos em duas camadas de sacos plásticos pretos, que se suspeitavam ser de flor de canábis.
Conforme o exame urgente realizado pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses desta Polícia, foi confirmado que era flor de canábis, pesando 9.436,8 gramas incluindo a embalagem, com valor estimado de 9,43 milhões de patacas.
Após averiguações, apurou-se que o suspeito foi recrutado pala rede criminosa de tráfico de droga na Malásia. O mesmo recebeu uma mala de viagem que continha droga nesse país, embarcando num voo para Singapura e depois voando de imediato para Macau, onde ficou a aguardar uma oportunidade para contrabandear a droga para Hong Kong. Se conseguisse com sucesso o transporte, ele iria receber um pagamento de 5.000 ringgits malaios.
De acordo com os resultados obtidos na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, ao passo que os outros suspeitos em fuga continuam a ser procurados.
A PJ resolveu sucessivamente, em cinco dias, três casos de contrabando de droga pelo aeroporto, o que mostra que as organizações de narcotráfico transfronteiriço tenderam recentemente a usar a via aérea para contrabandear droga para Macau e depois transportá-la para regiões próximas. A PJ vai continuar a aprofundar a cooperação policial e a troca de informações com as unidades antidroga de outros países ou jurisdições, com vista a reprimir, com mais precisão e eficácia, as actividades das redes criminosas que utilizam Macau como ponto de trânsito da droga.
