破獲本澳歷來最大宗偷運大麻案 三男子就擒
本局毒品罪案調查處持續加強打擊跨境販毒活動的力度，在根據情報排查抵澳航班時，發現販毒集團擬於近日安排骨幹成員帶領同黨，將毒品由泰國經韓國偷運到本澳後再伺機轉運往鄰近地區，遂展開部署，於2025年9月28日下午兩名馬來西亞籍男子及一名香港男子抵澳時進行截查，在兩名馬來西亞籍男子的行李箱內分別檢獲16包及40包以膠袋真空包裝並裹上錫紙的懷疑大麻花，連同包裝各重8,975.4克及22,796.6克。
經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實上述物品為毒品大麻花，連同包裝共重約31,772克，約值3,177萬澳門元，為本澳歷來截獲最大宗的偷運大麻案件。
經查，涉案香港男子為販毒集團骨幹成員，而兩名馬來西亞籍涉案男子則在馬來西亞受販毒集團招攬，於泰國曼谷接收藏有毒品之行李箱，並在涉案香港男子的指揮及監視下一起乘搭航班前往韓國，隨即轉飛本澳並伺機將毒品偷運到香港，倘若事成兩名馬來西亞籍涉案男子各可獲1萬馬來西亞令吉報酬。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將三名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Three men arrested in the crackdown of biggest marijuana smuggling case of all time in Macao
The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police continuously strengthened the combat against cross-border drug trafficking activities. In the intelligence-based inspection of flights arriving at Macao, a drug-trafficking syndicate was found to be planning to arrange its key members to lead their accomplices to smuggle drugs from Thailand to Macao via Korea, then wait for the opportunity to transit the drugs to neighbouring regions. Deployment was thus initiated. On the afternoon of 28th September 2025, two Malaysian men and a Hong Kong man were intercepted upon arrival at Macao. In the suitcases of the two Malaysian men, 16 packs and 40 packs of suspected cannabis flower wrapped in vacuumed plastic bags and aluminium foils were found respectively, weighing 8,975.4 grams and 22,796.6 grams with the packing.
After urgent examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, the aforementioned items were confirmed to be cannabis flowers, with a total weight around 31,772 grams with the packing and worth approximately MOP 31.77 million, making it the biggest marijuana smuggling case intercepted in Macao’s history.
Investigation revealed that the involved Hong Kong man was a key member of the drug-trafficking syndicate, and the two involved Malaysian men were recruited by the drug-trafficking syndicate in Malaysia to receive the drug-containing suitcases in Bangkok, Thailand, then took a flight to Korea with the involved Hong Kong man under his instruction and surveillance, then immediately transited to Macao to wait for the opportunity to smuggle the drugs to Hong Kong. Had the smuggling been successful, the two involved Malaysian men would be rewarded MYR 10,000 each.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.

A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes da PJ continua a intensificar os seus esforços no combate às actividades transfronteiriças de tráfico de droga. Ao verificar os voos com destino a Macau, com base em informações obtidas, apurou-se que uma rede criminosa de tráfico de drogas pretendia enviar elementos para contrabandear droga da Tailândia, via Coreia do Sul, até Macau, onde ficariam a aguardar uma oportunidade para contrabandear a droga nas regiões vizinhas e assim se iniciou uma operação policial. Na tarde de 28 de Setembro de 2025, foram interceptados dois homens, de nacionalidade malaia, e um homem de Hong Kong quando estes chegaram a Macau, foram feitas vistorias às bagagens dos malaios e foram encontrados 16 e 40 pacotes a vácuo em sacos plásticos e envoltos em papel de alumínio que se suspeitava ser de flor de canábis, pesando respectivamente 8.975.4 e 22.796.6 gramas, incluindo a embalagem.
Depois de ter sido realizado o exame urgente pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses desta Polícia, foi confirmado que era flor de canábis, num peso total de 31.772 gramas incluindo a embalagem, com valor estimado de 31,77 milhões de patacas, sendo o maior caso de contrabando de canábis apreendido na história de Macau.
Após averiguações, apurou-se que o detido de Hong Kong era o elemento principal da rede criminosa de tráfico de droga. Quanto aos dois malaios, foram recrutados pela mesma rede da Malásia, estes receberam malas de viagem com droga em Banguecoque na Tailândia, embarcando juntos sob o comando e vigilância do indivíduo de Hong Kong, num voo para a Coreia do Sul, depois voando de imediato para Macau, onde ficaram a aguardar uma oportunidade para transportar a droga para Hong Kong. Se o transporte se fizesse com sucesso, cada um dos malaios iria receber um pagamento de 10.000 ringgit malaio.
De acordo com os resultados obtidos na investigação, os três detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público acusados de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ vai continuar a investigação à procura de possíveis cúmplices.
