菲律賓籍男子涉兩宗盜竊案被拘
2025年9月15日及19日，本局先後接獲兩名被害人舉報，報稱他們所經營的店舖被盜竊。
首宗案件發生於9月15日，一家代收店被人爆門潛入，被盜取收銀機內約3,000澳門元現金；另一宗發生於9月19日，一家快餐店不僅門鎖被撬，店內整部收銀機亦被盜走，損失約1萬澳門元現金。兩案事主均透過監控系統發現盜竊發生於凌晨時段。
本局第二統籌科隨即展開調查，發現上述兩宗店舖盜竊案的作案男子為同一人。在調查中，發現作案男子具備反偵查能力，其於兩次作案前後，均會在案發現場附近大廈進行易裝。經深入調查，最終鎖定作案男子居住北區某大廈單位。本局刑偵人員於2025年9月19日下午成功將其緝獲。並在北區某垃圾站內尋回作案男子棄掉的收銀機。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查案中其餘贓款去向。
Filipino man nabbed for involvement in two theft cases
On September 15th and 19th 2025, the Judiciary Police successively received complaints from two victims, who reported that their shops had been burglarised.
The first case took place on September 15th, when a parcel collection shop was forcibly entered after its door was pried open. Approximately MOP3,000 in cash was stolen from the cash register. Another case occurred on September 19th at a fast food restaurant, where not only was the door forcibly opened, but the entire cash register was stolen as well, incurring a loss of approximately MOP10,000 in cash. The victims of the two cases discovered through surveillance footage that the thefts had occurred during the wee hours.
The Second Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation in no time, and discovered that the two aforesaid cases of shop burglary were carried out by the same male perpetrator. During the investigation, the male perpetrator was found to be capable of evading investigation. In both cases, he was found changing his disguise in a building near the crime scene before and after committing the crime. After an in-depth investigation, the male perpetrator was eventually identified as residing in a unit within a building in the North District. On the afternoon of 19th September 2025, he was intercepted by the criminal investigators of the Judiciary Police successfully. In addition, the cash register disposed of by the male perpetrator was later recovered at a rubbish collection point in the North District.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions for the offence of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the remaining ill-gotten gains in the case.
Detido um filipino por envolvimento em dois furtos
A PJ recebeu respectivamente, em 15 e 19 de Setembro de 2025, denúncias de duas vítimas, alegando que as suas lojas tinham sido furtadas.
O primeiro caso ocorreu em 15 de Setembro, quando uma loja de recepção de encomendas foi arrombada pela porta e cerca de 3.000 patacas em numerário na caixa de registadora foram furtadas. Um outro caso ocorreu em 19 de Setembro num restaurante de comida rápida, onde não apenas a fechadura da porta foi arrombada, mas toda a caixa registadora da loja foi furtada, resultando num prejuízo de aproximadamente 10.000 patacas em dinheiro. Ambas as vítimas descobriram que os furtos tinham ocorrido na madrugada através do sistema de vídeo vigilância.
A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou de imediato uma investigação e descobriu que o autor do crime dos dois furtos era a mesma pessoa. Durante a investigação, descobriu-se que o suspeito possuía capacidade de contra-investigação e que se disfarçava num prédio próximo aos locais de crime antes e depois de cometer de cometer os mesmos. Após averiguações aprofundadas, foi identificado o suspeito que era morador dum apartamento num edifício da zona norte, conseguindo-se com sucesso a detenção do mesmo na tarde do dia 19 de Setembro e a recuperação da caixa registadora abandonada no posto de recolha de lixo da zona norte.
Conforme o que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e a PJ continua à procura do paradeiro do dinheiro furtado.
