內地男子涉公開及詆毀法辦
2025年9月11日晚，本局接獲事主檢舉，指有人在網上發佈多則對其進行侮辱及詆毀的帖文，內有兩名男子在街上拉起橫幅的相片，兩人衣服及橫幅上均印有向其追債的字句。事主聲稱沒有與任何人存在金錢糾紛，亦不認識相片中的兩名男子，要求追究作案人刑事責任。
本局第四統籌科隨即展開調查，迅速鎖定相片中的兩名男子以及負責拍攝的一名男子身份，並查悉三人在2025年9月11日拍攝相片後已於當晚逃離本澳。
2025年9月13日晚，其中一名涉案內地男子經關閘入境時被截獲。經查，其承認受他人指使，在未證實是否存在債務的情況下作案。
本局根據調查所得，以公開及詆毀罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Mainland man nabbed for disclosure and defamation
On the night of 11th September 2025, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from the victim, indicating that someone had released various posts online to insult and defame him. The posts contained photographs depicting two men raising a banner in the street, with phrases pursuing debt collection from him printed on their clothes and the banner. The victim claimed that he had no monetary disputes with anyone and did not know the two men in the photographs, he thus requested to pursue the criminal responsibilities of the perpetrators.
The 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police immediately initiated investigation, identifying swiftly the two men in the photographs and the man responsible for taking the photographs. Investigation revealed that after taking the photographs on 11th September 2025, the trio had fled Macao on the same night.
On the night of 13th September 2025, one of the involved mainland men was intercepted when he entered Macao via the Border Gate. Upon investigation, he admitted to have been instructed by others to commit the crime without verifying the existence of the debts.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of disclosure and defamation, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.

Na noite de 11 de Setembro de 2025, a PJ recebeu a queixa duma pessoa, indicando que alguém publicou na rede várias postagens injuriosas e caluniosas contra ela, as quais continham uma foto de dois homens a segurar uma faixa na rua, com mensagens de cobrança de dívidas nas suas roupas e na faixa. O queixoso declarou não ter disputas financeiras com ninguém nem conhecer os dois homens na foto, exigiu assim a responsabilidade penal dos agentes.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ desencadeou a investigação, a qual permitiu rapidamente reconhecer quem são os dois homens na fotografia e também o homem que ficou responsável por tirar a foto, apurando-se que, no dia 11 de Setembro, partiram de Macau depois de ter tirado a mesma.
Na noite de 13 de Setembro, um dos homens, da China continental, foi interceptado ao passar a fronteira das Portas do Cerco. No interrogatório, o detido admitiu ter actuado a mando de terceiro, sem verificar a existência de uma dívida.
Com base no que foi apurado, o homem do continente foi presente ao MP por publicidade e calúnia, enquanto a PJ continua à procura dos outros suspeitos em fuga.
