本澳男子涉性侵被拘
2025年7月上旬，本局第一統籌科調查一宗涉及未成年人色情物品案件，發現一名不知名人士通過社交軟件結識本澳未成年男學生，以金錢或物質利誘對方拍攝色情照片。
因案件涉及本澳學生，本局關注少年科馬上跟進，並透過“學校安全聯絡網”查明第一名被害人身份。被害人稱與涉案男子通過交友軟件相識，涉案男子不斷利誘其拍攝色情裸露照片，遭拒後轉為索要大腿照，被害人同意並傳送予對方。隨後二人見面，被害人獲850澳門元現金及名牌運動鞋袋作回報。
及後，本局人員經調查再發現另有兩名未成年男學生受害。涉案男子以同樣方式利誘第二、第三名被害人，遭第二名被害人拒絕，而第三名被害人則收取了400澳門元，將一雙穿過的運動襪賣予涉案男子。
本局人員深入調查分析後鎖定涉案男子身份，於2025年9月12日上午在其工作地點將之截獲帶返本局調查。本局人員還揭發於本年9月份，第四名未成年男被害人在收取涉案男子支付650澳門元後，與其進行一次性交易並拍攝短片。
綜合調查所得，涉案男子通過社交軟件尋找缺乏自我保護意識的未成年男學生，以金錢或物質利誘性侵多名被害人。鑑於有強烈跡象顯示涉案男子觸犯對兒童的性侵犯罪、與未成年人進行性交易罪，以及與未成年人有關的色情物品罪，本局將其移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查潛在被害人。
Local man arrested for sexual assault
In early July 2025, the 1st Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police investigated a case of pornographic material involving minors and found that an unknown person had gotten acquainted with underage male students in Macao via social app, then lured them to take pornographic photos with money or material goods.
As the case involved local students, the Youth Concern Section of the Judiciary Police immediately followed up on the case, and identified the first victim via the “Communication Network for School Safety”. The victim stated that he had gotten acquainted with the involved man via a social networking app. The involved man consistently induced him to take naked pornographic photos with material gains, then shifted to request photos of his thighs after being rejected, on which the victim agreed and sent such photos to him. After that, when they met, the victim received MOP 850 in cash, along with branded sports shoe bags as rewards.
Later, after investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police found two more victimised underage male students. The involved man induced the second and third victims in the same way. The second victim turned him down while the third victim received MOP 400 and sold a pair of used sports socks to the involved man.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police identified the involved man after in-depth investigation and analysis, then intercepted him at his workplace on the morning of 12th September 2025 and took him back to the Judiciary Police for investigation. It was also unveiled that in September this year, the fourth underage male victim had received MOP 650 from the involved man, then had a sexual transaction with him with a video footage recorded.
Integrating the investigative findings, the involved man preyed on underage male students on social app who lacked the awareness of self-protection, then lured multiple victims with money or material goods and sexually assaulted them. As there were strong signs indicating that the involved man had committed the offences of sexual assault against children, sex trade with minors and pornographic material involving minors, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office while continuing to search for potential victims.

No início de Julho de 2025, a 1.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ na investigação de um caso suspeito de pornografia de menor, verificou que um indivíduo desconhecido fez amizade com estudantes, menores de sexo masculino, através de software social, induzindo-os, por dinheiro ou forma material, a tirar fotografias pornográficas.
Sendo que este caso envolve estudantes de Macau, a Secção de Acompanhamento de Menores da PJ iniciou de imediato o acompanhamento e através da “Rede de Comunicação com as Escolas” conseguiu identificar a primeira vítima. Esta afirmou que conheceu o suspeito através de um software social, o suspeito aliciava-o constantemente a tirar fotografias, a vítima recusou, o suspeito pediu para tirar fotografias da sua coxa, a vítima concordou e transmitiu a fotografia ao suspeito. Em seguida, os dois encontraram-se e a vítima recebeu uma recompensa de 850 patacas em dinheiro e uma mala de ténis de marca.
Mais tarde, o nosso pessoal descobriu mais duas vítimas, menores de sexo masculino. O suspeito persuadiu, com o mesmo método, mais duas vítimas. A segunda vítima recusou e a terceira recebeu uma recompensa de 400 patacas por vender ao suspeito, um par de meias que já tinha usado.
Após análise e investigação, o nosso pessoal conseguiu identificar um homem de Macau. Na manhã de 12 de Setembro de 2025, o suspeito foi interceptado no seu local de trabalho e levado à PJ para averiguação. O nosso pessoal descobriu ainda que, em Setembro do corrente ano, a quarta vítima depois ter recebido 650 patacas, praticou um acto sexual com o suspeito e deixou-se filmar em vídeos.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o suspeito utilizou o software social para conhecer estudantes, menores de sexo masculino, com falta de conhecimento sobre a importância de se proteger, abusando-os, por dinheiro ou forma material. Atendendo aos fortes indícios que indicam a violação de crianças, recurso à prostituição de menor e pornografia de menor, o detido foi presente ao MP para efeitos de averiguação. A PJ continua na procura de possíveis vítimas.
