內地漢涉搶劫、抗拒及脅迫被拘
2025年7月25日下午，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗襲擊及搶劫案件。案情顯示，三名市政署職員當日於花地瑪堂區檢控涉案內地男子亂拋垃圾，對方拒絕合作並強行離開，三人兩度上前追截時遭對方推撞致傷，其中一人更被對方搶去工作證。涉案內地男子於作案後逃離現場。
本局第四統籌科跟進調查，發現涉案內地男子在作案後已離開本澳。2025年8月31日下午，本局人員在涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時將之截獲。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫、抗拒及脅迫等罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for robbery, resistance and coercion
On the afternoon of 25th July 2025, the Public Security Police Force referred a case of assault and robbery to the Judiciary Police. The case detailed three officers from the Municipal Affairs Bureau, who were charging the involved mainland man with littering at the Freguesia de Nossa Senhora de Fátima that day. The man refused to cooperate and forced his way out. When the three officers pursued the man twice, the man pushed and injured them, while one of them even had his staff card snatched away. The mainland man fled the scene after committing the crimes.
Follow-up investigation by the Fourth Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police revealed that the mainland man had left Macao after perpetration. On the afternoon of 31st August 2025, the Judiciary Police personnel intercepted the mainland man upon his entry to Macao through the Border Gate Checkpoint.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office on charges of robbery, resistance and coercion.

Na tarde de 25 de Julho de 2025, a PJ recebeu um caso de agressão e roubo transferido pelo CPSP. Conforme consta, naquele dia, na Freguesia de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, três funcionários do Instituto para os Assuntos Municipais estavam a multar um homem da China continental por deitar lixo no chão, porém, este homem recusou-se a cooperar e tentou ir embora por duas vezes. Ao tentarem impedir a fuga do homem, este empurrou os funcionários que ficaram feridos. Além disso, o homem raptou o cartão de um dos funcionários e fugiu do local.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação desencadeou a investigação, verificou que o homem já tinha partido de Macau depois do acontecimento. Na tarde de 31 de Agosto, o nosso pessoal conseguiu deter o homem quando este passava a fronteira nas Portas do Cerco.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o homem do continente foi presente ao MP por roubo, resistência e coacção.
