本澳男子涉家暴及禁用武器等罪被拘
2025年8月28日早上，本局接獲一宗家庭暴力案件。案情顯示，涉案本澳男子自2021年與女事主結婚後已偶然因瑣事而施以暴力，事主因顧念家庭而啞忍。2025年8月27日下午，涉案男子因不滿物品擺放位置而以威脅短訊命令事主立即返回住所，事主回家後先被對方扼頸及推撞致傷，復遭對方以一柄刀刃長17.5厘米的菜刀迫令進食，以及開啟手提電話讓對方檢查，事主因害怕而就範，其後伺機逃離住所，於翌日早上向本局報案求助。
本局第一統籌科隨即展開調查，同日下午在涉案男子住所內將其截獲，並檢獲涉案刀具。
本局根據調查所得，以家庭暴力罪，以及生產、持有或使用禁用的武器或相關物品、恐嚇、嚴重脅迫等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for domestic violence and prohibited weapons
On the morning of 28th August 2025, the Judiciary Police received a case of domestic violence. Case details revealed that the involved local man had occasionally resorted to violence against the female victim over trivial matters since they got married in 2021, a situation the victim had tolerated out of concern for her family. On the afternoon of 27th August 2025, the involved man, dissatisfied with the placement of items, sent a threatening text message to the victim, demanding her to return home immediately. Upon returning home, the victim was grabbed by the neck and shoved successively by the man, suffering injuries. The victim was then forced to eat and switch on her mobile phone for the man to examine, while being threatened with a kitchen knife featuring a 17.5 cm blade. The victim complied out of fear and later fled the residential unit when there was a chance. She reported the case to the Judiciary Police the next morning.
The 1st Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation immediately and intercepted the involved man in his residence on the afternoon of the same day, with the involved knife also seized.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the offences of domestic violence, production, possession or use of prohibited weapons or relevant items, intimidation, aggravated coercion, etc.
Detido um homem de Macau por violência doméstica e uso de arma proibida
Na manhã de 28 de Agosto de 2025, a PJ recebeu um caso de violência doméstica. Segundo apurado, o homem de Macau tem abusado ocasionalmente da vítima por motivos triviais desde que se casou com ela em 2021. A vítima, por preocupar-se com a sua família, escolheu sofrer em silêncio. Na tarde de 27 de Agosto de 2025, o homem por estar insatisfeito com o posicionamento dos objectos, enviou uma mensagem ameaçadora à vítima, exigindo-lhe que regressasse imediatamente a casa. Quando a vítima chegou a casa, esta foi estrangulada e empurrada, tendo sofrido ferimentos. De seguida, empunhando uma faca para cortar vegetais, com lâmina de cerca de 17,5 cm, o homem obrigou-a a comer e pediu-lhe para activar o telemóvel para o mesmo verificar. A vítima por receio obedeceu àquilo que lhe foi pedido. Mais tarde, aproveitou uma oportunidade, fugiu do apartamento, fazendo a denúncia à PJ no dia seguinte.
A 1.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou logo de imediato a investigação e, na tarde do mesmo dia, o homem em causa foi interceptado no seu apartamento e apreendida a faca da prática.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP por violência doméstica, produção, detenção ou utilização de arma ou coisa conexa proibida, ameaça e coacção grave.
