兩菲漢涉販吸毒法辦
本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報查悉一名菲律賓籍男子涉及毒品犯罪活動，遂展開部署並於2025年8月27日凌晨在中區將其截獲，在其身上及住所內合共檢獲2小包連膠袋約重1克的“冰”毒，以及分拆毒品工具。同日下午，本局人員於該區再截獲另一名涉案菲律賓籍男子，在其身上及住所內合共檢獲1小包連膠袋約重2.2克的“冰”毒、電子磅等分拆毒品工具以及9,000澳門元懷疑毒資。行動中檢獲的“冰”毒連膠袋共重約3.2克，約值9,600澳門元。
經查，兩名涉案男子均有吸毒惡習並在本澳販毒，其尿液檢測結果皆對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪，以及不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其餘涉案人。
Two Filipinos arrested for trafficking and consuming drugs
Based on intelligence, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police found out that a Filipino was involved in drug crime activities, hence launched deployment and intercepted him in the wee hours of 27th August 2025 in Central district, seizing a total of two sachets of the drug “ice”, weighing around 1 gram together with the plastic bag, along with drug packaging tools from him and inside his residence. On the afternoon of the same day, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted another involved Filipino in the same district, seizing a total of 1 sachet of the drug “ice”, weighing around 2.2 grams together with the plastic bag, drug packaging tools such as electronic scale, and MOP9,000 of suspected drug proceeds from him and inside his residence. A total of around 3.2 grams of the drug “ice” together with the plastic bag were seized in the operation, with a worth of around MOP9,600.
Investigation revealed that the two involved men had were drug addicts and had been trafficking drugs in Macao. Their urine samples yielded positive results to drugs.
Based on investigative results, the two involved men were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and the remaining involved persons.
Dois filipinos detidos por tráfico e consumo de droga
A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes, de acordo com as informações, apurou que um homem, de nacionalidade filipina, estava envolvido no crime de droga, efectuou acções preparativas e conseguiu detê-lo na madrugada de 27 de Agosto de 2025 na zona central. Na sua posse e no apartamento onde habitava, foram encontrados dois pacotes de “ice” com um peso bruto de cerca de um grama e utensílios para dividir a droga. Na mesma tarde, o nosso pessoal deteve naquela zona outro homem filipino e apreendeu, na sua posse e na residência dele, um pacote de “ice” com um peso bruto de cerca de 2,2 gramas, instrumentos que incluem uma balança electrónica e 9.000 patacas, dinheiro supostamente ligado ao crime de droga. Na operação, foram apreendidos pacotes dessa droga com o peso bruto de 3,2 gramas, avaliada em aproximadamente 9.600 patacas.
Na investigação, apurou-se que os dois homens eram viciados em droga, e que o teste da urina deu resultado positivo à droga.
Com base no que foi apurado, os homens foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, enquanto a origem da droga e outros suspeitos continuam a ser procurados.
