涉為賭博的不法借貸 兩內地漢就逮
2025年8月26日早上，本局接報新口岸區一娛樂場內發生一宗不法借貸案件。本局博彩罪案調查處人員隨即前往涉案娛樂場，成功接觸事主並截獲兩名涉案內地男子。
案情顯示，事主於2025年8月25日晚以配碼方式向兩名涉案內地男子及其在逃同黨借款賭博，條件為每當賭局勝出時需抽取投注額兩成作利息。其後事主將12萬港元交予對方，隨即獲次名涉案男子給予24萬港元籌碼賭博。賭博期間，兩名涉案男子從旁抽取了約2萬港元利息，直至翌日早上雙方因抽息問題發生爭執，保安員見狀報警，在逃涉案人即伺機逃離現場。
經查，本局人員在首名涉案男子身上檢獲一部手提電話。
本局根據調查所得，以為賭博的不法借貸罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝在逃涉案人及款項下落。
Two mainland men arrested for illicit money lending for gambling
On the morning of 26th August 2025, the Judiciary Police received a report that a case of illicit money lending took place in a casino in the ZAPE district. Personnel of the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police immediately proceeded to the involved casino, successfully got in touch with the victim and intercepted the two involved mainland men.
Case details revealed that on the night of 25th August 2025, the victim had borrowed money from the two involved mainland men and their absconded accomplice for gambling by mean of chip-matching on condition that 20% of the wager would be drawn as interest in each winning game. The victim then handed HKD 120,000 to the counterparty, and immediately received HKD 240,000 of casino chips from the second involved man for gambling. During the course of gambling, the two involved men had drawn approximately HKD 20,000 as interest, and until the morning of the next day, the two parties disputed over the issue of interest collection. The security guard called the police upon noticing the situation and the absconded involved person immediately took the opportunity to flee the scene.
After investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police seized a mobile phone on the first involved man.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illicit money lending for gambling, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the absconded involved person and the funds.

Na manhã de 26 de Agosto de 2025, a PJ foi informada sobre um caso de empréstimo ilícito que tinha ocorrido num casino do ZAPE. De seguida, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo foi ao casino e conseguiu contactar com a vítima e deter dois homens da China continental.
De acordo com as declarações, na noite anterior a vítima foi pedir, aos dois homens e ao seu cúmplice um fuga, um empréstimo em fichas de jogo, aceitando a condição de pagar 20% da quantia apostada, como juros, em cada jogada ganha. Assim, a vítima deu-lhes 120 mil HKD e, ao mesmo tempo, recebeu do segundo homem 240 mil HKD em fichas para apostar. Durante o jogo, os homens, que estavam ao lado da vítima, cobraram aproximadamente 20 mil HKD como juros. Naquela manhã, como as duas partes começaram a ter disputa por causa da cobrança de juros, os seguranças ligaram para a polícia e o cúmplice conseguiu fugir do local.
Na investigação, foi apreendido na posse do primeiro homem um telemóvel.
Com base no que foi apurado, os dois homens foram presentes ao MP por empréstimo ilícito para jogo, enquanto a PJ continua à procura do seu cúmplice e do dinheiro em causa.
