五內地漢涉搶劫及不法匯兌就逮
2025年8月20日下午，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗搶劫案，一名內地男子報稱於路氹城區一酒店外遭多人搶去一部價值6,000元人民幣的手機。本局第四統籌科人員立即展開調查。
案情顯示，內地男事主欲以人民幣兌換港元現金用於賭博，並於當日凌晨在路氹城區一娛樂場內與首名涉案內地男子協議，以18,360元人民幣兌換成2萬港元。事主為測試轉帳是否成功，先嘗試將1元人民幣轉帳至對方提供的帳戶。轉帳成功後，該名涉案男子立即抓住事主，並向場內保安指稱事主為騙徒，兩人其後被帶至保安室停留約2小時。當事主離開保安室時，隨即遭到五名涉案內地男子及一名在逃涉案人士圍堵，指責其詐騙，並強行將他帶至娛樂場酒店外一處草叢。事主遭到六人推撞，並被第四名涉案內地男子搶去手機。
本局人員展開調查，成功鎖定五名涉案內地男子身份，並於8月20日晚上，在港珠澳大橋口岸離境通道截獲正欲離境的第四名涉案男子，將其帶返本局協助調查。翌日早上，在路氹城區一酒店保安員協助下截獲首名涉案男子；同日中午，再在路氹城區一酒店大堂拘捕第二及第三名涉案男子，並在黑沙環區街上截獲第五名涉案男子。
調查顯示，首名及第四名涉案內地男子在本澳從事不法匯兌活動，而五名涉案內地男子均涉嫌共同實施搶劫犯罪。本局以經營為賭博之不法匯兌罪及搶劫罪將五人移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝另一名在逃涉案人。
Five Mainland men involved in robbery and illegal currency exchange under arrest
On the afternoon of 20th August 2025, the Judiciary Police received a case of robbery from the Public Security Police Force, in which a Mainland man reported that he had been robbed of a mobile phone valued at RMB6,000 by several individuals outside a hotel in the Cotai district. The 4th Section of Coordination personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately launched an investigation.
Case details revealed that the male victim from Mainland intended to exchange RMB for HKD for gambling purposes. In the wee hours of that day, he agreed with the first involved Mainland man to exchange RMB18,360 for HKD20,000 in a casino in the Cotai district. To test whether the transfer would be successful, the victim first attempted to transfer RMB1 to the account provided by the first involved Mainland man. After the transfer was completed, the involved man immediately grabbed the victim and accused him of being a fraudster to the security guards inside the casino. The duo were subsequently taken to the security room where they stayed for around 2 hours. Upon leaving the security room, the victim was immediately surrounded by the five involved Mainland men and an involved individual at large, who accused him of fraud and forcibly took him to a grassy area outside the casino-hotel. The victim was shoved by the six individuals, and his mobile phone was snatched by the fourth involved Mainland man.
The Judiciary Police personnel initiated an investigation and successfully identified the five involved Mainland men. On the night of August 20th, they intercepted the fourth involved man, who was about to depart Macao at the Departure Channel of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port, and brought him back to the Judiciary Police to assist with the investigation. The following morning, the first involved man was intercepted with the assistance of the security guards of a hotel in the Cotai district. At noon on the same day, the second and the third involved men were arrested in the lobby of another hotel in the Cotai district, while the fifth involved man was seized on the street in the Areia Preta district.
Investigation revealed that the first and the fourth involved Mainland men had engaged in illegal currency exchange activities in Macao, while all the five involved Mainland men were suspected of committing the crime of robbery in collusion. The Judiciary Police transferred the five individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of operating illegal currency exchange for gambling and robbery, while continuing to pursue another involved individual at large.
Detidos cinco homens do Interior da China por suspeita de roubo e de câmbio ilícito
Na tarde de 20 de Agosto de 2025, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pelo CPSP. A vítima, do sexo masculino e residente do Interior da China, alegou que o seu telemóvel, no valor de 6 mil Renmibi, foi roubado por várias pessoas no exterior de um hotel do Cotai. O pessoal da 4ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ procedeu logo a investigação.
Conforme apurado, a vítima queria trocar RMB para dólares de HK para jogo e, na madrugada do dia de ocorrência, acordou em trocar 18,360 RMB para 20 mil dólares de HK com o 1º suspeito num casino do Cotai. Para garantir que não haveria problema na transferência bancária e como teste, a vítima só transferiu 1 RMB para a conta bancária indicada pelo 1º suspeito. Depois da transferência, o suspeito agarrou imediatamente a vítima e disse ao guarda de segurança do casino que a vítima era um burlão. A seguir, os dois levaram-na para a sala de guardas de segurança onde a vítima ficou por 2 horas. Quando a mesma saiu da sala, foi cercada por 5 indivíduos (posteriormente detidos) e mais um indivíduo (que está em fuga), os quais a acusaram de burla e levaram-na à força para junto de um arbusto fora do hotel, onde a esmurraram e um deles lhe roubou o seu telemóvel.
O nosso pessoal iniciou a investigação e conseguiu identificar os cinco suspeitos do Interior da China. Na tarde do dia 20 de Agosto, interceptou um deles, o que roubou o telemóvel, quando o mesmo tentou sair de Macau pelo canal de passagem fronteiriça do Posto Fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau e depois, conduziu-o para a PJ. Na manhã do dia seguinte, interceptou o 1º suspeito com a ajuda de um guarda de segurança dum hotel do Cotai. Na tarde do mesmo dia, deteve outros dois suspeitos no átrio dum hotel do Cotai e interceptou um outro suspeito na via pública da zona da Areia Preta.
De acordo com os resultados obtidos na investigação, dois indivíduos estão suspeitos da prática do crime de câmbio ilícito em Macau e todos os cinco indivíduos do Interior da China estão suspeitos da prática de crime do roubo. Os cinco suspeitos foram encaminhados pela PJ ao MP por crimes de exploração de câmbio ilícito para jogo e roubo. A PJ continua a procura doutro suspeito que está em fuga.
