三內地男女涉詐騙就逮
鑒於近日本澳各娛樂場多次發生俗稱“交叉手”的詐騙案件，為預防和打擊相關犯罪活動，本局博彩罪案調查處人員於2025年8月19日中午針對路氹城區一娛樂場進行特別巡查，期間發現兩名涉案內地女子及一名涉案內地男子正進行上述犯罪活動，待時機成熟拘捕三名涉案內地男女。
經調查顯示，當日三名涉案內地男女在該娛樂場鎖定目標後，首名涉案內地女子及涉案內地男子分別坐在事主身旁，並與事主搭訕聊天。待博得事主信任後，首名涉案內地女子遊說事主將2千港元籌碼交給其代為投注，但在其假裝投注時，於賭枱後方的第二名涉案內地女子和上述涉案內地男子亦分別在事主旁邊俯身下注，以遮擋事主的視線，此時首名涉案內地女子趁機將事主的2千港元籌碼放進衫袋內據為己有。待賭局開出結果時，首名涉案內地女子訛稱替事主下注的錢已輸掉，直至本局人員採取行動，並即場在首名涉案內地女子身上搜獲涉案的2千港元籌碼，事主才知悉被騙。
經查，三名涉案內地男女以團伙形式自今年7月開始作案，期間最少作案5次，每次所得金額由1千至3千港元不等，合共獲得不少於1萬港元不法利益，而三人會平分犯案所得。此外，本局人員在三名涉案內地男女身上合共搜獲3部手機、10萬港元現金及籌碼。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙罪將三名涉案內地男女移送檢察院偵辦。
Three mainland Chinese arrested for fraud
In view of the fraud cases commonly known as “crossed arms” seen frequently at casinos in Macao recently, the Gaming-related Crimes Division officers of the Judiciary Police, in an effort to prevent and combat such criminal activities, conducted a special patrol operation at a casino in Cotai at noon on 19 August 2025, during which three involved mainland Chinese, two females and one male, were found engaging in the said crime. The trio were arrested at the opportune moment.
Investigation revealed that the trio had secured their targets at the casino that day. The first involved mainland Chinese woman and the involved man respectively sat next to and struck up a conversation with the victim to gain the latter’s trust. The first involved mainland Chinese woman then convinced the victim to hand HKD 2,000 in chips to her, such that she would place bets on the victim’s behalf. When she was pretending to place bets, however, the second involved mainland Chinese woman and the said involved man were leaning over to place bets next to the victim, blocking the latter’s view. The first involved woman took this opportunity to put the victim’s HKD 2,000 in chips into her pocket. When the bet results were announced, the first involved woman falsely claimed that the bet she had placed for the victim had been gambled away. The victim realised the scam only when the Judiciary Police officers took action and seized the involved HKD 2,000 in chips on the first involved woman at the scene.
The three involved mainland Chinese were found to have perpetrated as a gang at least five times since July this year, gaining proceeds ranging from HKD 1,000 to 3,000 each time. They had gained and equally shared illegal proceeds that totalled over HKD 10,000. The Judiciary Police officers also found on the trio three mobile phones and HKD 100,000 in cash and chips.
Based on investigative findings, the three involved mainland Chinese were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of fraud.
Detidas 3 pessoas, de ambos os sexos, do interior da China, suspeitas da prática de crime de burla
Considerando que se tem registado recentemente a ocorrência frequente de casos de burla conhecida por “cruzamento de mãos para bloquear a visão” e no intuito de prevenir e combater a essa criminalidade, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo efectuou, ao meio-dia de 19 de Agosto de 2025, uma rusga específica num casino do Cotai. Ao detectar que duas mulheres e um homem, todos residentes do interior da China, estavam a praticar a referida actividade criminosa e julgar ser o momento certo para agir, o nosso pessoal entrou em acção e deteve os três indivíduos.
Conforme investigação, no dia da ocorrência, depois de terem escolhido o alvo, a primeira suspeita, residente do interior da China, conjuntamente com um homem, também suspeito e residente do interior da China, aproximaram-se da vítima. Os dois suspeitos sentaram-se ao seu lado e entabularam conversa com a mesma e, tendo ganhado a confiança da vítima, a primeira suspeita convenceu-a para lhe dar fichas de jogo no valor de 2 mil HKD para a ajudar a apostar. Quando a primeira suspeita fingiu apostar, a outra mulher (também suspeita do caso e residente do interior da China que se encontrava atrás da mesa de jogo), apostou ao lado da vítima para bloquear a sua visão conjuntamente com o referido homem do interior da China. A primeira suspeita aproveitou essa oportunidade para colocar no bolso da roupa as fichas de jogo no valor de 2 mil HKD da vítima. Depois de acabar o jogo, a primeira suspeita mentiu à vítima dizendo-lhe que tinha perdido o dinheiro no jogo. A vítima só tomou conhecimento que foi burlada quando o nosso pessoal encontrou na posse da primeira suspeita as fichas de jogo no valor de 2 mil HKD.
Após investigação, verificou-se que os três suspeitos começaram a praticar essa criminalidade em grupo a partir de Julho do corrente ano e estavam envolvidos em pelo menos 5 casos e tinham obtido lucros que variam entre 1 mil e 3 mil HKD. O benefício ilegal total obtido foi, pelo menos, 10 mil HKD e os lucros foram divididos igualmente. Além disso, a PJ também apreendeu na posse dos três suspeitos 3 telemóveis, dinheiro em numerário e fichas de jogo que totalizaram 100 mil HKD.
Com base no que foi apurado pela PJ, os três suspeitos, todos residentes do interior da China, foram presentes ao MP por crime de burla.
