內地男子涉搶劫及侵入私人生活等罪被拘
2025年8月12日凌晨，本局接報稱一名內地女子在路氹城區一酒店客房內遭搶劫。
案情顯示，女事主在路氹城區一娛樂場賭博時被一名內地男子搭訕，隨後跟隨該內地男子進入酒店房間。其間，涉案內地男子毆打及以餐刀割傷女事主左手手腕，脅迫其脫光衣服及交出手機密碼，隨後通過手機支付軟件轉走約6.9萬元人民幣。涉案內地男子以手機拍攝女事主裸照，威脅其不得報警，否則會將裸照公開。女事主待涉案內地男子離開後報警求助。
經本局第四統籌科調查，於同日10時半在一娛樂場內拘捕涉案內地男子，在其身上搜獲1,000港元現金及6,500港元籌碼，並在案發酒店房間檢獲作案餐刀。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪、不合理持有武器及其他工具罪、不法之錄製品及照片罪，以及侵入私人生活罪，將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其餘贓款去向。
Mainland man arrested for offences including robbery and invasion of private life
In the wee hours of 12th August 2025, the Judiciary Police received a report of a mainland woman being robbed in a guestroom of a hotel in the Cotai district.
Case details revealed that the female victim had been accosted by a mainland man when gambling in a casino in the Cotai district, then she followed the mainland man and entered a hotel room, where the involved mainland man assaulted the female victim and slashed her left wrist with a dinner knife, coerced her into stripping off her clothes and revealing her mobile phone password, then transferred around RMB 69,000 from her mobile payment app. The involved mainland man took naked photos of the female victim with a mobile phone to threaten her not to report to the police, or else the naked photos would go public. The female victim called the police for help after the involved mainland man had left.
After investigation by the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police, the involved mainland man was arrested in a casino at 10:30 on the same day, with HKD 1,000 of cash and HKD 6,500 of casino chips found on him. The dinner knife used for the perpetration was found in the hotel room where the incident occurred.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery, unjustifiable possession of weapon and other tools, illegal recordings and photographs and invasion of private life, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the remaining illicit proceeds.
Detido um homem do continente por roubo e devassa da vida privada
Na madrugada de 12 de Agosto de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma queixa, dizendo que uma mulher do continente tinha sido roubada num quarto de hotel no Cotai.
Segundo o apurado, a vítima enquanto jogava num casino no Cotai, foi abordada por um homem do continente e depois ambos entraram num quarto de um hotel. Dentro do quarto, o homem do continente agrediu e feriu o pulso esquerdo da vítima com uma faca de mesa, obrigou-a despir-se e a dar-lhe a senha do telemóvel. Em seguida, através dum software de pagamento digital transferiu cerca de 69 mil RMB. O suspeito do continente fotografou a vítima nua com o seu telemóvel e ameaçou-a para não fazer queixa à polícia pois, caso contrário, irá publicar as fotografias dela nua. A vítima aguardou a saída do homem e fez queixa à polícia.
Com a investigação da 4.ª Secção de Coordenação, às 10H30 do mesmo dia, o suspeito do continente foi detido num casino e na sua posse foram encontrados mil HKD em numerário e fichas com valor facial de 6.500 HKD. A faca de mesa utilizada para a prática do crime no quarto do hotel em causa foi também apreendida.
De acordo com os resultados obtidos na investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP por roubo, detenção não justificada de arma e outros instrumentos, gravações ilícitas e devassa da vida privada. A PJ continua à procura do restante dinheiro envolvido.
