港男涉加重盜竊就逮
2025年5月31日，事主應要求攜同兩枚總值378萬元人民幣的腕錶來澳，與在逃涉案男子會面後，兩人前往板樟堂區一商場店舖內準備進行交易。期間事主因對方曾展示購錶資金，遂同意對方提議將腕錶存放在店舖保險箱內，並應邀與對方一同到商場外吸煙，其後兩人返回店舖，對方藉詞如廁，着事主在店外等候，惟事主等候多時始終未見對方出現，進入店內查看時發現對方已離開，而保險箱內的腕錶已被盜，故報警求助。
本局第二統籌科展開調查，發現在逃涉案男子與事主離開店舖後，涉案香港男子即從後門進入店內，開啟保險箱盜取兩枚腕錶並迅速逃去；此外，在逃涉案男子藉詞如廁後即帶同一袋物品經後門離開，在商場附近棄掉該袋物品後偕同涉案香港男子逃離本澳。本局人員隨後檢獲該袋物品，發現內有3,998張面值一千港元並印有“練功券”字樣的紙鈔，總金額與購錶金額相符，相信為在逃涉案男子曾向事主展示的紙鈔。
2025年8月4日，涉案香港男子經港珠澳大橋口岸入境時落網。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案香港男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查在逃涉案人及贓物去向。
Hong Kong man arrested for aggravated theft
On 31st May 2025, the victim, per request, brought two wrist watches, worth of RMB3.78 million in total, to Macao and met with the involved man at large. The duo then headed to a shop inside a mall at São Domingos district, preparing to conduct a transaction. During that time, the victim agreed to place the wrist watches inside the safe box at the shop since the involved man had already presented the funds of purchasing them. Invited by the involved man, the victim took a smoke with him outside the mall. After the duo returned to the shop, the involved man pretexted that he had to use the bathroom, asking the victim to wait outside the shop. The involved man did not show up in spite of the long wait by the victim, who went inside the shop to check only to discover that the involved man had fled and the wrist watches inside the safe had been stolen, therefore the victim reported to the police for help.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched investigation, and discovered that after the involved man at large and the victim had left the shop, the involved Hong Kong man entered the shop from the back door, opened the safe box, stole the two wrist watches and swiftly fled the shop. In addition, the involved man at large left the shop via the back door with a pack of belongings following his pretext of using the bathroom. After he threw away the pack of belongings nearby the mall, the involved man at large fled Macao together with the involved Hong Kong man. Afterwards, the Judiciary Police officers seized the pack of belongings, and discovered 3,998 pieces of HKD1,000 banknotes with the stamp of “practice voucher” on them. The total amount was equivalent to the amount for purchasing the watches. It was believed that the involved man at large had presented these banknotes to the victim.
On 4th August 2025, the involved Hong Kong man was arrested when he entered Macao via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Hong Kong man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the involved person at large and the whereabouts of the illicit goods.
Homem de Hong Kong detido por furto qualificado
Em 31 de Maio de 2025, uma vítima foi incitada a vender dois relógios de pulso (avaliados em 3,78 milhões de RMB) em Macau. Após se encontrar com um indivíduo, envolvido no caso, os dois deslocaram-se a uma loja num centro comercial na zona da Rua de S. Domingos para realizar a transacção. Durante o processo, a vítima concordou com a sugestão do indivíduo de guardar os relógios no cofre da loja, pois o mesmo tinha mostrado o dinheiro para os comprar e também aceitou o convite para ir fumar com ele, fora do centro comercial. Posteriormente, os dois voltaram a entrar na loja e o indivíduo usou a desculpa de ter que ir à casa de banho e pediu à vítima que o esperasse fora da loja. No entanto, após esperar por muito tempo sem ver o mesmo aparecer, a vítima entrou na loja e descobriu que ele já tinha saído e que os relógios guardados no cofre tinham sido furtados. Assim, apresentou queixa à Polícia.
A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou uma investigação e descobriu que depois de os dois terem saído da loja, um outro indivíduo envolvido, proveniente de Hong Kong, entrou na loja pela porta traseira, abriu o cofre, furtou os relógios e abandonou o local com rapidez. Apurou-se ainda que o primeiro suspeito em fuga, levou de imediato consigo um saco com alguns objectos para sair pela porta traseira, abandonou-o nas proximidades do centro comercial e fugiu de Macau com o homem de Hong Kong. No decorrer da investigação o nosso pessoal conseguiu encontrar aquele saco, nele existiam 3.998 “notas de treino” de 1.000 HKD, valor total que correspondia ao preço de compra dos relógios. Acredita-se que essas fossem as notas que o suspeito em fuga tinha mostrado à vítima.
Em 4 de Agosto de 2025, o indivíduo de Hong Kong foi detido quando entrou pelo posto fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau.
Conforme o que foi apurado, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e a PJ vai continuar à procura do suspeito em fuga e dos objectos furtados.
