司警局迅速偵破加重盜竊案件 彰顯兩地合作打擊跨境犯罪成效
司法警察局於2025年7月26日中午12時接獲治安警察局通報，指中區某金行發生一宗搶劫案。
經了解，當天上午11時45分一名男子進入涉案金行，假意向職員表示欲選購金飾，職員從櫃檯取出價值4萬澳門元的金頸鍊供其查看，男子趁職員不備，突然奪走金頸鍊並迅速逃離現場，職員追截未果，遂報警求助。
司警局第二統籌科以“加重盜竊罪”啟動偵查程序並展開深入調查，發現該男子作案後逃至中區某酒店外，乘的士經關閘口岸潛逃至內地。
司警局隨即啟動緊急警務聯絡機制通報內地警方協助追查涉案男子之行蹤；同日下午2時35分，內地警方於拱北口岸附近成功截獲涉案內地男子，並起回涉案贓物。
本案在案發後3小時內聯同內地警方迅速偵破案件，充分體現兩地警方攜手打擊跨境犯罪的堅定決心，司警局將持續加強區域警務合作，共同打擊跨境犯罪，全力維護社會治安穩定。
Judiciary Police speedily cracked case of aggravated theft, demonstrating effectiveness of Mainland-Macao cooperation in combatting cross-border crimes
The Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force at 12:00 PM on 26th July 2025 that a robbery case had taken place at a gold store in the Central district.
It was understood that a man had entered the involved gold store at 11:45 AM on that day, and pretended to tell the staff member that he intended to purchase gold jewellery. The staff member took out a gold necklace worth MOP40,000 from the counter for him to check. The man suddenly snatched the gold necklace while the staff member was off guard, and swiftly fled the scene. The staff member tried to chase and intercept him but to no avail, hence reported to the police for assistance.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation procedures on the “offence of aggravated theft” and launched an in-depth investigation. It was found that the man fled to an area outside a hotel in the Central district after committing the crime, and subsequently took a taxi to the Border Gate Checkpoint, through which he absconded to the Mainland.
The Judiciary Police immediately activated the emergency police liaison mechanism to notify the Mainland police to assist in tracing the whereabouts of the involved man. At 2:35 PM on the same day, the Mainland police successfully intercepted the involved man near the Gongbei Port and recovered the involved stolen item.
The case was speedily cracked in collaboration with the Mainland police within 3 hours after the incident had occurred, fully demonstrating the unwavering determination of the police of both places in combatting cross-border crimes through concerted efforts. The Judiciary Police will continue to strengthen regional police cooperation, join hands in fighting against cross-border crimes and make every effort to uphold the public order and stability.
Resolução rápida da PJ de um caso de furto qualificado, demonstrando a eficácia da cooperação entre as duas jurisdições no combate ao crime transfronteiriço
Às 12h do dia 26 de Julho de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação do CPSP relativa a um caso de roubo ocorrido numa ourivesaria na zona central.
Conforme o apurado, verificou-se que, às 11h45 da manhã desse dia, um homem entrou na ourivesaria e fingiu querer comprar joias de ouro. O funcionário retirou do balcão um colar de ouro no valor de 40.000 patacas para o cliente ver. Aproveitando-se da distracção do funcionário, o homem roubou o colar e fugiu rapidamente do local. Sem conseguir persegui-lo, o funcionário chamou pela ajuda da polícia.
A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou um processo de investigação por furto qualificado e realizou uma investigação aprofundada, descobrindo que o homem fugiu após ter praticado o crime para um hotel na zona central, onde depois apanhou um táxi para fugir para o continente pelo Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco.
Assim, a PJ activou imediatamente o mecanismo de ligação policial de urgência para comunicar o caso à polícia do Interior da China, solicitando a sua assistência na investigação do paradeiro do homem envolvido no caso. Às 14h35 da mesma tarde, a polícia do Interior da China conseguiu interceptar o homem em causa perto do Posto Fronteiriço de Gongbei e recuperar o bem roubado.
A rápida resolução deste caso no espaço de três horas após a sua ocorrência, em colaboração da polícia do continente, demonstra plenamente a firme determinação das polícias das duas jurisdições em combater conjuntamente o crime transfronteiriço. A Polícia Judiciária continuará a reforçar a cooperação policial regional, a combater conjuntamente a criminalidade transfronteiriça e a envidar todos os esforços para salvaguardar a ordem da sociedade e a estabilidade social.
