司警局及時勸退四名被騙赴柬內地居民 籲大眾時刻警惕求職陷阱
2025年7月17日晚，本局接獲內地反詐中心通報，指一名內地居民懷疑被人誘騙經本澳飛往柬埔寨從事電訊網絡詐騙，現正身處澳門國際機場準備登機，要求本局協助進行勸退；同一時間，本局亦接獲其中一名事主的親人來電，指懷疑事主被騙到海外參與不法活動，準備在本澳登機飛往柬埔寨。
本局高度重視相關事件，立即派出資訊罪案調查處人員前往澳門國際機場搜尋，在離境大堂尋獲該名事主後再發現尚有三人被騙，最終成功在登機閘口接觸另外三名事主，並將其一併帶返本局作進一步調查。
經查，本局人員發現其中一名事主於2025年6月被招攬，繼而再物色其餘三名事主，以10,000元人民幣月薪及高額佣金游說三人到柬埔寨擔任投資客服，惟經本局人員再三調查後證實上述工作實際為受犯罪集團操控的電訊網絡詐騙勾當。現階段本局人員尚未發現四人涉及本澳的電訊網絡騙案，且有理由相信四人為規避審查而選擇取道本澳前往柬埔寨，相關情況將通報內地有關部門作適當處理。
本次事件中，本局得以成功阻止內地居民被誘騙到海外從事電訊網絡詐騙犯罪，除依靠警民合作及時舉報犯罪消息外，亦有賴本局與內地反詐中心緊密的情報交流和暢通的警務合作，彰顯兩地警方合作打擊跨境犯罪活動、共同維護社會治安的決心和能力。
Judiciary Police timely dissuaded four mainland residents from being deceived to travel to Cambodia, urging the public to be always alert against employment traps
On the night of 17th July 2025, the mainland Anti-Fraud Centre notified the Judiciary Police that a mainland resident, suspected of being lured to fly to Cambodia via Macao to engage in telecom and cyber fraud, was currently at the Macau International Airport about to board the plane. The Judiciary Police was requested to assist in dissuading the individual. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police also received a call from the relative of one of the victims, stating that this victim was suspected of being deceived to participate in illegal activities overseas and was about to board a plane in Macao to Cambodia.
The Judiciary Police attached great importance to the relevant incident and immediately dispatched personnel from the IT Crimes Division to search at the Macau International Airport. After locating the victim in the departure hall, it was discovered that three other people had also been deceived. Finally, the other three victims were successfully contacted at the boarding gate and brought back together to the Judiciary Police for further investigation.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police personnel found that one of the victims was recruited in June 2025 and the other three victims were head-hunted afterwards, who were convinced with a monthly salary of RMB10,000 and high amounts of commissions to work in Cambodia as investment customer service representatives. However, after repeated investigation by the Judiciary Police personnel, it was confirmed that the aforementioned work actually involved schemeful telecom and cyber frauds controlled by a criminal syndicate. At this stage, the Judiciary Police personnel had not found any involvement of the four individuals in telecom and cyber fraud cases in Macao. In addition, there is reason to believe that the four people chose to go to Cambodia via Macao to evade investigation. Relevant details would be reported to the mainland authorities for appropriate action.
In this incident, the Judiciary Police successfully prevented mainland residents from being deceived to engage in crimes of telecom and cyber fraud overseas. It relied not only on the timely reports of criminal leads through police-public cooperation, but also on the close intelligence exchange and smooth police cooperation between the Judiciary Police and the mainland Anti-Fraud Centre. This has demonstrated the determination and capability of the police forces in the two regions to cooperate in cracking down on cross-border criminal activities and jointly safeguarding societal security.
Quatro residentes do Interior da China induzidos a irem para o Camboja foram dissuadidos atempadamente pela PJ, que apela ao público para estar sempre vigilante contra as armadilhas de procura de emprego
Na noite de 17 de Julho de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação do Centro de Coordenação de Combate às Burlas do Interior da China, dizendo haver suspeitas que um residente do continente tinha sido induzido a viajar para o Camboja para praticar burlas em telecomunicações e cibernéticas e o mesmo encontrava-se no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau onde se preparava para embarcar num voo para aquele destino, e solicitando à PJ que ajudasse a dissuadi-lo. Ao mesmo tempo, a PJ também recebeu um telefonema de um familiar de uma das outras vítimas, indicando que tinha a suspeita de que a vítima fora induzida a participar em actividades ilegais no estrangeiro e a mesma estava prestes a embarcar num voo em Macau para o Camboja.
A PJ deu muita importância ao incidente e enviou, de imediato, pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Informáticos para fazer busca no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau. Depois de ter encontrado a vítima no átrio de partida, descobriu que três outras pessoas tinham sido enganadas. Por fim, conseguiu contactar as outras três vítimas no portão de embarque, as quais foram levadas para as instalações desta Polícia para uma investigação mais aprofundada.
Na investigação, o pessoal da PJ descobriu que uma das vítimas tinha sido angariada em Junho de 2025 e, em seguida, as outras três vítimas foram procuradas e convencidas a irem à Camboja para trabalhar como funcionários de atendimento ao cliente de investimento, com um salário mensal de 10.000 RMB e uma comissão elevada. No entanto, após repetidas investigações pelo nosso pessoal, confirmou-se que o referido trabalho era, de facto, uma actividade de burla em telecomunicações e cibernética controlada por uma rede criminosa. Nesta fase, o pessoal da PJ não descobriu nenhum envolvimento das quatro pessoas em burlas do género em Macau e, tendo razões para crer que as quatro pessoas escolheram ir ao Camboja via Macau para escaparem da verificação, a respectiva situação será comunicada aos serviços competentes do Interior da China para o devido tratamento.
Neste incidente, a PJ conseguiu impedir os residentes do continente não tivessem sido induzidos a praticar crimes de burla em telecomunicações e cibernética no estrangeiro e isto, para além de contar com a cooperação entre polícia e população na troca atempada de informações criminais, também conta com o estreito intercâmbio de informações e a cooperação policial suave entre a PJ e o Centro de Coordenação de Combate às Burlas do Interior da China, o que demonstra a determinação e a capacidade das polícias das duas jurisdições na cooperação a nível de combate às actividades criminosas transfronteiriças e na salvaguarda conjunta da segurança da sociedade.
