涉藉介紹工作詐騙多人 本澳女子就逮
本局於2025年6月21日至7月12日期間先後接獲26名菲律賓籍男女報案，稱被一名本澳女子以介紹工作為由詐騙。
案情顯示，多名事主於2024年10月透過同鄉及網絡社交平台得悉涉案本澳女子欲招聘菲律賓籍人士到本澳高士德區一食肆工作，經聯絡後親身來澳與涉案本澳女子見面，並按對方要求以現金支付1.4萬至2.2萬澳門元的辦證費用，獲對方簽發辦證收據及承諾兩個月內辦妥，其後對方卻以不同藉口拖延及拒絕退款，最終失聯，多名事主均無法留澳工作及討回款項。
本局經濟罪案調查處展開調查，發現涉案本澳女子為涉案餐廳東主，於2024年10月至2025年6月期間先後向26名事主收取辦證費，然而該段期間涉案餐廳並沒有可用作招聘各事主的外僱配額，亦沒有為各事主申辦相關工作許可的記錄。
2025年7月15日，本局人員在沙梨頭區截獲涉案本澳女子，並在其身上檢獲一本收據簿。經查，其承認犯案，聲稱詐騙所得的逾50萬澳門元已用作日常營運。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案本澳女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local woman defrauding hordes of people on the pretext of job referral nabbed
Between 21st June and 12th July 2025, the Judiciary Police received reports from 26 Filipinos that they had been defrauded by a local woman on the pretext of job referral.
Case details revealed that in October 2024, multiple victims learnt via fellow townsmen and online social platform that the involved local woman was hiring Filipinos to work in a restaurant in the Horta e Costa district. After communication, they came to Macao to meet the involved local woman in person and paid document processing fees ranging from MOP 14,000 to 22,000 in cash as requested. They were issued receipts of the processing fees and were promised that the process would be completed in two months. However, the involved person later kept stalling them and refused to refund, then eventually went out of reach. The victims were unable to stay in Macao to work and reclaim their money.
The Economic Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police initiated an investigation and found that the involved local woman was the owner of the involved restaurant. She had successively received processing fees from 26 victims between October 2024 and June 2025 while there was no non-resident employee quota for the involved restaurant to hire the victims, and there had not been any record of applying for the victims’ work permits.
On 15th July 2025, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved local woman in the Patane district with a receipt book found on her. After investigation, she admitted to committing the crime and claimed that the proceeds of fraud of over half a million MOP had already been spent on daily business operation.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount).
Detida uma residente de Macau por burla de promessas de emprego a várias pessoas
Entre 21 de Junho e 12 de Julho de 2025, a PJ recebeu, sucessivamente, denúncias de 26 filipinos, dizendo que tinham sido burlados por uma residente de Macau que prometeu ajudá-los a arranjar emprego.
Segundo o apurado, em Outubro de 2024, as vítimas souberam, através de conterrâneos e das redes sociais, que uma mulher de Macau queria recrutar filipinos para trabalhar num restaurante na Avenida de Horta e Costa. Após contactarem a mulher de Macau, deslocaram-se a Macau para se encontrarem com ela tendo-lhe pago depois uma taxa para formalidades no valor de 14 mil a 22 mil patacas, em dinheiro. Em seguida a mulher de Macau emitiu um recibo e prometeu concluir essas formalidades no prazo de dois meses. Posteriormente, a mesma mulher adiou e recusou-se a reembolsar o dinheiro, com vários pretextos até que as vítimas acabaram por perder o contacto com ela. Vários filipinos não conseguiram permanecer em Macau para trabalhar e receber o dinheiro de volta.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Económicos efectuou a investigação tendo verificado que a residente de Macau era a patroa daquele restaurante e esta, entre Outubro de 2024 e Junho de 2025, recebeu pagamentos sucessivamente de 26 vítimas. Foi também apurado que, naquele período de tempo, aquele restaurante não tinha qualquer quota para trabalhadores não residentes nem tinha algum registo de contratação de trabalho das vítimas.
A suspeita acabou por ser detida em 15 de Julho de 2025 pelo pessoal da PJ e, na posse dela, foi encontrado um bloco de recibos. Ela confessou o crime e disse que cerca de 500 mil patacas provenientes das burlas foram usadas para despesas diárias.
A detida foi presente ao MP por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado.
