三男女涉詐騙被拘
2025年7月8日，本局接獲路氹城區一娛樂場舉報，稱懷疑轄下一名女莊荷於當值期間串謀他人進行詐騙。
本局博彩罪案調查處跟進調查，發現首名涉案內地男子佯裝賭客，於涉案本澳女子上班時前往其當值的賭枱，在沒有他人在場的情況下，涉案本澳女子容許對方於賭局開彩後才投注且照常派彩。數日後，首名和次名涉案內地男子連同一名在逃男同黨前往涉案本澳女子當值的賭枱投注並輸掉，涉案本澳女子隨即以手將對方的注碼移到勝出的“閒”位置上並照常派彩。兩次涉案金額共12.3萬港元。
7月9日，兩名涉案內地男子再次進入涉案娛樂場，基於時機成熟，本局人員立即採取行動將兩人連同涉案本澳女子一併截獲，並在兩名涉案男子身上檢獲合共10.7萬港元現金及11,300港元籌碼。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪將三名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Trio arrested for fraud
On 8th July 2025, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from a casino in Cotai district, alleging that one of their female dealers was suspected to have conspired with other individuals to commit fraud while on duty.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division followed up on the investigation, and discovered that the 1st involved mainland man had pretended to be a gambler and headed to the gaming table where the involved local woman was on duty. When no other persons were around, the involved woman allowed the 1st involved mainland man to bet after the gambling results were out, while giving payout as usual. A few days later, the 1st and the 2nd involved mainland man, together with another male accomplice at large, gambled at the gaming table where the involved local woman was on duty. When the involved men lost the game, the involved local woman swiftly used her hand to move their chips to the winning “Player” spot while giving payout as usual. A total of HKD123,000 were involved in the two incidents.
On 9th July 2025, the two involved mainland men entered the involved casino again. Seeing that the time was ripe, the Judiciary Police officers immediately took action, intercepting the duo and the involved local woman altogether. A total of HKD107,000 of cash and HKD11,300 worth of chips were seized on the two involved mainland men.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved trio to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of massive fraud, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved person at large.
Detidas três pessoas por burla
Em 8 de Julho de 2025, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia dum casino do Cotai, a qual dizia que uma croupier, durante o seu turno de trabalho, burlou o casino em conluio com outrem.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionada com o Jogo efectuou a investigação e apurou que, um homem do continente, fingindo ser um jogador, foi jogar na mesa de jogo onde a suspeita (residente de Macau) estava a trabalhar. Esta, quando não havia outros jogadores na mesma mesa, deixava o jogador apostar depois de ter conhecimento dos resultados das jogadas. Alguns dias depois, dois homens do continente mais um outro cúmplice (agora em fuga) dirigiram-se à mesa de jogo onde a mulher envolvida estava de serviço e fizeram aposta que depois perderam mas, em seguida, a croupier moveu então a aposta para a posição de “vencedor” e pagou o prémio como normal. O total das duas ocorrências envolveu um valor de 123 mil HKD.
Em 9 de Julho, os dois suspeitos do continente foram mais uma vez ao mesmo casino e, em tempo oportuno, o nosso pessoal deteve os dois homens e também a mulher local. Na posse dos dois foram encontrados 107 mil HKD em numerário e 11.300 HKD em fichas.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os três detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por burla (de valor elevado), enquanto a PJ continua à procura de outros suspeitos em fuga.
