涉經營為賭博的不法匯兌 本地婦被拘
2025年5月28日中午，本局有組織罪案調查處人員於路氹城區一酒店進行針對不法匯兌的巡查打擊行動，期間發現涉案本澳女子於酒店範圍內向一名男客人展示一個銀行帳號，對方操作手提電話後，其確認相關人民幣到帳，隨即帶同對方進入娛樂場並將4.5萬港元籌碼交給對方，其後雙方各自離開，客人在娛樂場內以上述籌碼賭博。
基於有理由懷疑有人在娛樂場附屬設施內經營未獲批准的貨幣匯兌業務，故本局人員立即上前截查，在涉案本澳女子身上檢獲與犯罪有關的58,300港元籌碼，並在客人身上起回賭博剩餘的3萬港元籌碼。經查，涉案本澳女子自2024年11月下旬起在本澳娛樂場及周邊進行不法匯兌活動。
本局根據調查所得，以經營為賭博的不法匯兌罪將涉案本澳女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local woman arrested for operating illegal currency exchange for gambling
At noon on 28th May 2025, personnel of the Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police conducted a patrol and combat operation against illegal currency exchange at a hotel in the Cotai district. During the operation, the involved Macao woman was found showing a bank account number to a male patron who then operated his mobile phone. After confirming that the RMB had been credited into the account, she immediately led the counterparty into the casino and handed HKD 45,000 of casino chips to him, then the two parties left on their own and the patron remained in the casino to gamble with the aforementioned casino chips.
As there were grounds to suspect that unauthorised currency exchange business had been operated in the casino’s affiliated facilities, personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately stepped up to intercept the related parties, seizing HKD 58,300 of crime-related casino chips on the involved Macao woman, and retrieving the HKD 30,000 of casino chips left after gambling on the patron. Investigation revealed that the Macao woman had been engaging in illegal currency exchange activities in Macao casinos and their peripheries since late November 2024.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Macao woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of operating illegal currency exchange for gambling.

Na tarde do dia 28 de maio de 2025, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo realizou patrulhamento e combate à troca ilegal de dinheiro num hotel da zona de Cotai. Durante a operação, detectou uma mulher local, suspeita deste caso, que mostrava o número da conta bancária a um homem, este fez umas operações com o telemóvel. Depois de ter confirmado a chegada dos RMB na conta, levou o homem ao casino e entregou-lhe 45 mil HKD, em fichas, e depois os dois deixaram o local separadamente. O cliente ficou a jogar no casino com as fichas.
Como há razões para crer que alguém havia praticado exploração de actividades de troca ilegal de moeda, sem autorização, nas instalações acessórias do casino, o nosso pessoal avançou imediatamente e interceptou-a. Na posse dela encontrámos fichas, no valor de 58.300 HKD, e na posse do homem foram apreendidos 30 mil HKD em fichas, supostamente o restante do dinheiro depois o jogo. Após investigação, apurou-se que a mulher, residente, desde os finais de Novembro de 2024, tinha praticado troca ilegal de dinheiro nos casinos locais e nos arredores.
Com base no resultado da investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público, acusada de exploração de câmbio ilícito para jogo.
