內地漢涉入屋盜竊落網
2024年6月24日晚，本局分別接報兩宗發生於沙梨頭區兩個唐樓單位的爆竊案。案情顯示，三名事主當日早上鎖好單位大門後離家外出，至同日晚上回家時發現單位大門被撬毀，懷疑遭賊人入屋盜竊。經點算後三名事主合共損失46,300港元財物、3,000澳門元現金以及大門維修費3,000澳門元。
本局搶劫罪案調查科跟進調查，發現涉案內地男子伙同在逃的兩男一女涉案人尾隨住客經正門進入大廈，以硬物撬毀單位大門門鎖後入內盜竊，作案後即逃離本澳。2024年9月26日，涉案內地男子經關閘口岸入境時被截獲。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for home burglary
The Judiciary Police received two reports of burglary that had taken place in two tenement apartments in Patane on the evening of 24th June 2024. Case information suggested that the three victims, having locked the apartment door before leaving home that morning, found that their door had been pried open when they returned home the same evening. Suspecting that their home had been broken into, the three victims collectively suffered a loss of HKD 46,300 in property, MOP 3,000 in cash and MOP 3,000 in door repairs after counting.
Launching investigation, the Division for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police found that the involved mainland Chinese man had conspired with two male and one female accomplices at large to tail the occupants to enter the building via the main gate and break into the apartments by prying open the apartment doors with hard objects. Having fled Macao immediately after his perpetration, the involved mainland Chinese man was intercepted during his entry via Portas do Cerco on 26th September 2024.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland Chinese man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons on the run.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto em residência
Na noite de 24 de Junho de 2024, a PJ recebeu dois casos de furto em residência ocorridos em dois apartamentos de um edifício antigo baixo situado na zona do Patane. A investigação do caso revelou que as três vítimas saíram de casa trancando a porta do apartamento naquela manhã, mas quando regressaram, naquela noite, descobriram que a porta do apartamento tinha sido arrombada, perceberam ter sido alvo de furto. Após verificar, o prejuízo total sofrido pelas três vítimas foi de 46.300 HKD em dinheiro e bens, 3.000 patacas em dinheiro, bem como o custo para a reparação das portas, 3.000 patacas.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes de Roubo acompanhou a investigação e apurou que um homem do continente, suspeito deste caso, em conluio com outro dois homens e uma mulher que se encontram em fuga, entraram no edifício pela porta principal seguindo os moradores, arrombaram a fechadura da porta dos apartamentos e fugiram de Macau logo após o crime. No dia 26 de Setembro de 2024, o suspeito foi detido ao entrar em Macau pelo Posto Fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado, a PJ continua à procura dos cúmplices em fuga.
