司警局與內地警方開展“清蟻2號”聯合行動 全面打擊跨境非法兌換貨幣活動
自2024年5月國家公安部全面部署打擊跨境非法兌換貨幣活動（俗稱“換錢黨”）以來，司法警察局積極配合相關工作，加強與公安部的協作溝通，共同打擊相關跨境犯罪網絡。經雙方緊密協作，內地警方對司警局提供的換錢黨線索資料進行深入排查與分析，成功鎖定一批活躍於內地與澳門兩地的換錢黨犯罪團伙。
8月13日，在公安部的統籌下，兩地警方正式啟動代號為“清蟻2號”的聯合收網行動，司警局於早上6時派出180名刑事偵查員，分別前往本澳各區多間酒店和住宅單位採取突擊行動，截獲共36名（26男10女）涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣活動的內地人士，其中包括一名以假聘用身份來澳從事換錢黨活動的外地僱員。
隨後於8月13日晚上及8月14日，司警局持續進行相關行動，加強對本澳多區娛樂場、酒店及口岸等關鍵區域的巡查和打擊力度，再截獲共11名（8男3女）涉嫌從事非法兌換貨幣活動的內地人士，有效震懾與博彩相關的違法犯罪活動。
在歷時兩日的聯合收網行動中，司警局檢獲合共約192萬港元現金及超過70萬港元籌碼，並已分別於8月13日傍晚6時及8月14日下午4時在拱北口岸與關閘口岸之間的區域將上述共47名（34男13女，年齡介乎22歲至56歲，當中40人來自江西省、三人來自遼寧省、三人來自廣東省、一人來自黑龍江省）涉案人士移交內地警方。
Judiciary Police and mainland police launched joint operation “Anticide 2” to combat comprehensively cross-border illegal currency exchange activities
Since the Ministry of Public Security of the State launched a comprehensive crackdown on cross-border illegal currency exchange activities (commonly known as "money exchange gangs") in May 2024, the Judiciary Police has actively cooperated in relevant work, and strengthened the collaboration and communication with the Ministry of Public Security, while jointly combatting relevant cross-border criminal networks. After close cooperation between the two parties, the mainland police conducted in-depth investigation and analysis of the leads and information on money exchange gangs provided by the Judiciary Police, and successfully identified a batch of "money exchange gangs" active in the mainland and Macao.
On August 13th, under the coordination of the Ministry of Public Security, the police of the two places officially launched a joint arrest operation code-named "Anticide 2". At 6 a.m., the Judiciary Police dispatched 180 criminal investigators to conduct raids respectively in multiple hotels and residential units in various districts in Macao, intercepting a total of 36 mainlanders (26 men and 10 women) suspected of engaging in illegal currency exchange activities, including a non-resident worker who came to Macao, through false employment, to engage in money exchange activities.
Subsequently, on the evening of August 13th and on August 14th, the Judiciary Police continued to carry out relevant operations, and strengthened inspections and crackdowns on key areas such as casinos, hotels and ports in multiple districts of Macao, while intercepting a total of 11 mainlanders additionally (8 men and 3 women) suspected of engaging in illegal currency exchange activities, whereby effectively deterring illegal and criminal activities related to gambling.
During the two-day joint arrest operation, the Judiciary Police seized a total of approximately HK$1.92 million in cash and over HK$700,000 in chips. In addition, the above 47 involved persons (34 men and 13 women, aged between 22 and 56; among them, 40 from Jiangxi Province, 3 from Liaoning Province, 3 from Guangdong Province and 1 from Heilongjiang Province) were handed over to the mainland police, respectively at 6 p.m. on August 13th and 4 p.m. on August 14th, in the area between Gongbei Checkpoint and Border Gate Checkpoint.
Operação conjunta “Remoção de formigas 2” efectuada pela PJ e autoridades policiais do continente para combater globalmente actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro
Desde que o Ministério da Segurança Pública da China continental começou a aplicar, em Maio de 2024, uma estratégia abrangente para combater as actividades transfronteiriças de troca ilegal de moeda “burlas de troca de dinheiro”, a Polícia Judiciária tem colaborado proactivamente com este trabalho e tem incrementado a cooperação e a comunicação com este Ministério no combate conjunto às relativas redes criminosas transfronteiriças. Através de uma estreita cooperação entre as duas partes, as autoridades policiais da China continental efectuaram uma investigação aprofundada das pistas e informações fornecidas pela PJ, conseguiu-se assim identificar um grupo de burlões activos no continente e em Macau.
Em 13 de Agosto, com a coordenação do Ministério da Segurança Pública, foi lançada oficialmente, pelas polícias das duas jurisdições, uma operação conjunta de detenção denominada “Remoção de formigas 2”. Pelas 06:00 da manhã, 180 investigadores criminais da PJ foram mobilizados para efectuar rusgas-surpresa em vários hotéis e apartamentos residenciais de diferentes zonas de Macau. Nesta operação, foram detidos 36 indivíduos (26 homens e 10 mulheres), todos do continente, suspeitos de envolvimento em actividades de troca ilegal de moeda. Entre eles, um estava em Macau na qualidade de trabalhador não residente para prática esta actividade.
Na noite de 13 de Agosto e no dia seguinte, a PJ continuou a realizar acções neste âmbito e intensificou os controles e os esforços em várias zonas-chave de Macau como casinos, hotéis e postos fronteiriços, foram ainda detidos 11 indivíduos (8 homens e 3 mulheres), todos do continente, suspeitos de envolvimento em actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro, o que dissuadiu eficazmente as actividades criminosas relacionadas com o jogo.
Durante a operação conjunta de detenção ao longo de dois dias, a PJ apreendeu aproximadamente 1,92 milhões de HKD em dinheiro e mais de 700.000 HKD em fichas, e entregou, respectivamente, pelas 18:00 de 13 de Agosto e pelas 16:00 de 14 de Agosto, os referidos 47 indivíduos (34 homens e 13 mulheres, com idades compreendidas entre 22 e 56 anos, dos quais 40 são da província de Jiangxi, 3 da província de Liaoning, 3 da província de Guangdong e 1 da província de Heilongjiang), à polícia do continente na zona entre o Posto Fronteiriço de Gongbei e as Portas do Cerco.
