偵破飛機盜竊案 一內地漢就擒
2024年6月24日晚，本局接獲治安警察局通知，有四名非本澳居民報案稱在乘坐由新加坡飛抵本澳的航班期間被盜竊現金，四人總損失折合約23,500澳門元。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科展開調查，查悉涉案內地男子乘首名事主離座如廁期間，坐在首名事主的座位上並翻動其放在座位下方的手袋，被首名事主的鄰座堂弟目睹及喝止，涉案內地男子事敗逃去。首名事主返回座位後立即檢查手袋，證實並無損失，隨即通知航班乘務長，由乘務長以廣播通知其他乘客檢查個人物品，其後再有三名事主發現財物被盜，合共損失人民幣2,400元、15,500港元及800新加坡元。在航班抵澳後，乘務長立即報警求助，其後乘務員分別在航班的兩個行李儲存櫃內及一個座位地下，尋獲分別以紙巾、黑色膠袋及白色嘔吐袋包裹且與各事主損失相符的款項；而目睹作案過程的男乘客亦成功指認涉案內地男子。
本局人員於涉案內地男子身上搜獲多種外幣，以及七個與航班上尋獲包裹着失竊款項的袋子相同的黑色膠袋。調查顯示，涉案內地男子乘各事主入睡或離座如廁期間翻動其行李並盜竊財物，得手後將財物收藏在航班的其他位置，以圖干擾警方調查。
本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續調查其是否涉及其他同類案件。
Case of in-flight theft cracked, with one mainland man arrested
On the night of 24th June 2024, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that 4 non-Macao residents had reported that their cash had been stolen during their flight from Singapore to Macao, incurring a total loss of approximately MOP23,500 to them.
The Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police launched investigation, learning that the involved mainland man had seized the opportunity to take the seat of the first victim while he/she was in the restroom, and rummaged through the handbag placed under the seat. The first victim’s cousin in the neighbouring seat witnessed this and he shouted out loud to stop him. The involved mainland man fled after the theft failed. After returning to the seat, the first victim checked the handbag immediately and confirmed that no loss had been incurred. The Chief Purser was informed at once, who notified other passengers via broadcasting announcement to check their personal belongings. Later, another 3 victims found that their property had been stolen, incurring a total loss of RMB2,400, HKD15,500 and SGD800. When the flight arrived in Macao, the Chief Purser called the police for help immediately. After that, the cabin crew retrieved the sum in two luggage compartments and under a seat inside the aircraft that corresponded to the amount lost by various victims, and were respectively wrapped in tissue paper, black plastic bag and white vomit bag. In addition, the male passenger who had witnessed the whole perpetration process also identified the involved mainland man successfully.
The personnel of the Judiciary Police seized various types of foreign currencies on the involved mainland man, as well as 7 black plastic bags which were the same as the bags used to wrap the stolen proceeds found in the aircraft. Investigation revealed that the involved mainland man had ransacked the luggage of various victims and stolen their property while they were sleeping or in the restroom. After he had succeeded, he hid the property in other locations of the aircraft, with an attempt to interfere with the investigation of the police.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, while continuing to investigate whether he was involved in other cases of similar nature.
Detido um homem do continente por furto em avião
Em 24 de Junho de 2024, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP das queixas de quatro não residentes por terem sofrido furtos de dinheiro no voo de Singapura para Macau, num prejuízo total de cerca de 23.500 patacas.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes contra a Propriedade iniciou a investigação e apurou que quando a primeira vítima foi à casa de banho, o suspeito, da China continental, foi sentar-se no seu lugar, remexendo na sua mala que estava colocada debaixo do assento. O primo da primeira vítima que estava sentado ao lado viu e o impediu, assim o homem afastou-se após a tentativa falhada. A primeira vítima verificou imediatamente na sua mala ao regressar ao lugar e confirmou que não sofreu nenhum prejuízo. O comissário de bordo foi informado pela vítima e chamou a atenção dos passageiros para verificar os seus pertences. Assim, três dos passageiros descobriram ter sido furtados, o prejuízo foi de 2.400 RMB, 15.500 HKD e 800 SGD. Após a chegada a Macau, o comissário de bordo fez queixa à polícia. Mais tarde, a tripulação encontrou o dinheiro desaparecido em dois compartimentos de bagagem e debaixo de um assento que estava embrulhado em lenços de papel, em sacos plásticos pretos e em sacos para vomitar, e que correspondia aos valores declarados pelas vítimas. O detido foi também identificado por um passageiro que viu todo o decurso da prática do crime.
Na posse do suspeito detido, o nosso pessoal encontrou várias moedas estrangeiras, e os sacos plásticos pretos semelhantes aos sete sacos encontrados no avião que foram usados para embrulhar o dinheiro furtado. Segundo a investigação, o detido aproveitou o momento em que as vítimas estavam a dormir ou foram à casa de banho, para furtar os seus pertences pessoais nas bagagens. Após a obtenção do dinheiro furtado, o detido foi escondê-lo em outros lugares no avião na tentativa de desviar a investigação.
O detido foi presente ao MP pelo crime de furto qualificado. A PJ continua a investigar o eventual envolvimento noutros casos semelhantes.
