偵破加重盜竊及相當巨額詐騙案 拘一內地婦
2024年6月22日晚，首名內地男事主與涉案內地女子賭博後一起返回酒店房間休息，事主將六枚面值10萬港元的現金籌碼放在沙發上的一條長褲口袋內，然後進入洗手間。當事主從洗手間出來後發現涉案內地女子已離開，隨即檢查長褲並發現失去其中兩枚籌碼，懷疑被對方盜去，遂報警求助。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科展開調查，查悉涉案內地女子離開房間後，在路氹城區一娛樂場內將盜竊所得的兩枚籌碼兌換予次名內地男事主，成功詐騙對方18.8萬元人民幣。其後次名事主在娛樂場內使用有關籌碼兌換現金及賭博時被娛樂場職員揭發為失竊籌碼，故通知本局處理。
6月23日，次名事主在氹仔一娛樂場內遇見涉案內地女子，遂立即通知本局並將其截停。經查，涉案內地女子乘首名事主前往洗手間期間盜取對方兩枚籌碼，其後在娛樂場內將籌碼兌換予次名事主以詐騙金錢，再將騙款當中的12萬元人民幣轉帳予他人用作還債，餘款6萬多元人民幣則全數賭敗。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪及詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案內地女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查贓款去向。
Mainland Chinese woman arrested in crackdown of case of aggravated theft and fraud of considerably huge amount
After gambling with the involved mainland Chinese woman on the evening of 22nd June 2024, the first male victim from mainland China returned to the hotel room with her for rest. He had put six cash chips of face value HKD 100,000 into the pocket of the pants on the sofa before entering the bathroom. He came out of the bathroom only to find the involved mainland Chinese woman gone and two of the chips missing when he promptly checked his pants. Suspecting that the woman had stolen the chips, he reported to the police.
Launching investigation, the Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police found that the involved woman, having left the room, had exchanged the two stolen chips with the second male victim from mainland China at a casino in Cotai, successfully defrauding the latter of RMB 188,000. The second victim then cashed the chips and gambled at the casino, the staff of which discovered that they were stolen chips, hence their report to the Judiciary Police.
Bumping into the involved mainland Chinese woman at a casino in Taipa on June 23rd, the second victim instantly notified the Judiciary Police and intercepted her. It was found that she had stolen two chips from the first victim when the latter was in the bathroom and exchanged the chips with the second victim at a casino to defraud him of money. She had then transferred RMB 120,000 of the fraud proceeds to others to repay her debt, while gambling away the remaining amount of over RMB 60,000.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland Chinese woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of aggravated theft and fraud (considerably huge amount), while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the stolen proceeds.
Resolvido um caso de furto qualificado e burla de valor consideravelmente elevado, detida uma mulher da RPC
Na noite de 22 de Junho de 2024, um homem e uma mulher, da China continental, jogaram num casino e regressaram ao quarto dum hotel para descansar, de seguida, o homem pôs seis fichas de jogo, cada uma de 100.000 HKD, no bolso das calças que estavam no sofá e foi à casa de banho, quando voltou, a mulher já tinha ido embora, inspecionou as calças e descobriu que duas das fichas tinham desaparecido, suspeitou assim que a mulher teria furtado essas fichas e pediu a intervenção da polícia.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade iniciou a investigação, apurando que essa mulher, depois de ter saído do quarto, foi a um casino do Cotai onde trocou as duas fichas subtraídas em dinheiro com outro homem do continente, conseguiu assim obter 188.000 RMB. Quando este homem usou as fichas para apostar no casino, o funcionário verificou que eram furtadas e informou a PJ.
No dia 23 de Junho, este último encontrou de novo aquela mulher num casino da Taipa, por isso imobilizou-a e ligou à PJ. Segundo a investigação, a mulher furtou as duas fichas no momento em que a vítima estava na casa de banho, e trocou-as com o segundo homem para burlá-lo. Parte desse dinheiro, 120.000 RMB, foram transferidos a outra pessoa para liquidar uma dívida, o restante, mais de 60.000 RMB, foi perdido ao jogo.
Conforme o apurado pela investigação, a mulher da RPC foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado), enquanto que a PJ continua à procura do dinheiro.
