司法警察局開展“雷霆2024”反罪惡巡查行動 淨化社區治安環境

為淨化本澳社區治安環境,確保市民和遊客的安全,在警察總局的統籌下,本局開展“雷霆2024”粵港澳三地警方聯合反罪惡巡查行動。
2024年6月22日晚上9時至次日凌晨3時,本局共派出25名刑事偵查員前往路氹城區娛樂場及周邊進行巡查,旨在打擊各類違法犯罪活動,特別是針對非法兌換貨幣等違法行為進行嚴厲打擊。
行動中合共截查了171人(116男55女),當中五名內地男子涉嫌在娛樂場所內從事非法兌換貨幣活動;另外,在核對一名內地男子的指紋時,發現其為本局正在尋找的特定人員。本局人員將上述六人帶返局內作身份識別。
經調查,證實當中五名人士從事非法兌換貨幣活動,但並未發現在本澳涉及其他犯罪行爲,本局遂將該五名內地人士移送治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。而另一名內地男子則稱其丟失旅遊證件,經核實沒有涉及逾期逗留並在司警局報案中心完成報失程序後已獲准予自行離開。
本局將持續加大巡查力度,嚴厲打擊各類違法犯罪行為,致力維護本澳治安秩序,為廣大市民和遊客營造一個安全、和諧的社區環境。
Judiciary Police launched “Thunderbolt 2024” anti-crime patrol operation in a bid to enhance public security of the community

Under the coordination of the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police launched the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao tripartite joint police anti-crime patrol operation “Thunderbolt 2024”, in a bid to enhance the public security of the Macao community, ensuring the safety of residents and tourists.
On 22nd June 2024, from 9 at night until 3 of the following morning, the Judiciary Police mobilised a total of 25 criminal investigators to conduct patrols at casinos and their peripheries in Cotai district, aiming to combat various types of illegal criminal activities, especially targetting at unlawful acts such as illegal currency exchange for rigorous combat.
A total of 171 individuals (116 men and 55 women) were intercepted in the operation. Among them, 5 mainland men were suspected of engaging in illegal currency exchange activities inside casinos. In addition, when the Judiciary Police was verifying the fingerprints of a mainland man, he was discovered to be a targetted subject that the Judiciary Police was seeking. The aforementioned six persons were brought back to the Judiciary Police for identity verification.
Upon investigation, it was confirmed that five of the individuals were engaged in illegal currency exchange activities, but were not found to have involved in other criminal acts in Macao. As such, the Judiciary Police transferred the five mainlanders to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling, while the other mainland man claimed that he had lost his travel documents. After verifying that he was not involved in overstaying, and upon completion of the reporting loss procedures at the Case Reporting and Emergency Operation Centre of the Judiciary Police, the mainland man was allowed to leave on his own.
The Judiciary Police will continue to reinforce efforts on patrol, rigorously combatting various types of unlawful and criminal acts, striving to safeguard the law and order in Macao, creating a safe and harmonious community environment for the general public and tourists.
PJ participou na operação “Trovoada 2024” para melhorar a segurança

Para melhorar a segurança de Macau e garantir o bem estar de residentes e turistas, a PJ participou, com a coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitário, na operação conjunta anticrime “Trovoada 2024” que envolve as polícias de Guangdong, Hong Kong e Macau.
Das 21:00 de 22 de Junho de 2024 às 3:00 do dia seguinte, 25 investigadores foram mobilizados para efectuar rusgas nos casinos do Cotai e nas suas proximidades, para combater infracções e actividades criminosas, em particular no que respeita à luta à troca ilegal de dinheiro.
Nesta operação, foram interceptadas 171 pessoas (116 homens e 55 mulheres), das quais, 5 homens do continente eram suspeitos de envolvimento em actividades de troca ilegal de dinheiro. Além disso, ao verificar as impressões digitais de um outro homem do continente, descobriu-se que era pessoa procurada pela PJ. Assim, as seis pessoas foram levadas para as instalações da PJ para serem identificadas.
Após averiguações, verificou-se que cinco delas tinham praticado troca ilegal de dinheiro, mas não estavam envolvidas noutros crimes em Macau, foram assim transferidas para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP. Quanto ao outro homem do continente, este alegou ter perdido o seu documento de viagem e foi autorizado a sair depois de ter verificado que não tinha o visto caducado e de ter completado o procedimento de participação de extravio do documento no Núcleo de Denúncias e Intervenção da PJ.
A PJ vai continuar a intensificar as rusgas, combater com rigor os vários tipos de infracções e actividades criminosas, e trabalhar para defender a ordem pública de Macau, de modo a criar um ambiente seguro e harmonioso para população e turistas.
