偵破販吸毒及操縱賣淫案 拘兩男女
本局情報及支援廳就一宗提供毒品及賣淫的案件進行後續偵查期間，得悉有的士司機向賣淫女子提供毒品，並接載賣淫女子到酒店賣淫及陪同嫖客吸毒，經調查後鎖定涉案本澳男子及涉案內地女子身份並進行部署。
2024年6月12日晚，本局人員發現涉案本澳男子駕駛的士接載涉案內地女子到路氹城區一酒店，懷疑準備進行不法交易，遂立即採取行動分別截查兩人，其中於涉案內地女子的手袋內搜出1小包約重0.4克的“冰”毒、吸毒器具及賣淫工具，並在其住所內檢獲2小包約重0.6克的“冰”毒和吸毒器具；於涉案本澳男子身上搜出沾有“冰”毒殘留物的透明膠袋，並在其住所、電單車和汽車內檢獲3小包約重7.1克的氯胺酮、大量吸毒器具及分拆毒品用的透明膠袋。
調查顯示，涉案內地女子向包括涉案本澳男子在內的毒販購買毒品後再賣淫及陪同嫖客吸毒，每次連同毒品收費約1萬港元；而涉案本澳男子則多次以的士接載涉案內地女子進行上述不法交易。兩人的尿液檢測結果皆對毒品呈陽性反應。行動中，本局合共檢獲約1克“冰”毒及約7.1克氯胺酮，約值10,400澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物，以及不適當持有器具或設備等三罪將涉案內地女子移送檢察院偵辦，而涉案本澳男子除上述三罪外，亦涉及操縱賣淫罪，一併送交檢察院處理。
Case of drug trafficking and consumption and manipulation of prostitution cracked, with man and woman apprehended
While the Intelligence and Support Department of the Judiciary Police was conducting follow-up investigation on a case of drug provision and prostitution, it was found that a taxi driver had provided drugs to female prostitutes, transporting them to the hotel for prostitution activities and accompanying the male patrons to consume drugs. Upon investigation, the involved local man and the involved mainland woman were identified and deployment was conducted.
On the night of 12th June 2024, personnel of the Judiciary Police found that the involved local man was driving a taxi to transport the involved mainland woman to a hotel in the Cotai district, suspecting that they were about to conduct illegal transaction. Actions were thus immediately taken to intercept the duo respectively, with a packet of the drug “ice” weighing about 0.4 grams, drug consumption tools and prostitution tools seized from the handbag of the involved mainland woman, and 2 packets of the drug “ice” weighing about 0.6 grams and drug consumption tools seized from her residence. A transparent plastic bag stained with residue of the drug “ice” was seized from the involved local man. In addition, 3 packets of ketamine weighing about 7.1 grams, a large number of drug consumption tools and transparent plastic bags used for splitting drugs were seized from his residence, motorcycle and car.
Investigation revealed that after the involved mainland woman had purchased drugs from drug traffickers including the involved local man, she would conduct prostitution and accompany the patron to consume drugs. The charge, including the drug fee, was approximately HKD10,000 each time. In addition, the involved local man had transported the involved mainland woman with taxi to conduct the abovementioned illegal transactions on multiple occasions, and the urine tests of the duo yielded positive results for drugs. During the operation, the Judiciary Police seized around 1 gram of the drug “ice” and around 7.1 grams of ketamine in total, worth approximately MOP10,400.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for 3 offences including illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and improper possession of utensils or equipment. While for the involved local man, in addition to the abovementioned 3 offences, he was also transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of manipulation of prostitution.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico e consumo de droga e exploração de prostituição que culminou com a detenção de dois indivíduos
Durante a investigação que seguiu um caso de tráfico de droga e prostituição, o Departamento de Informação e Apoio da PJ apurou que um taxista tinha fornecido droga a prostitutas e tinha-as transportado para um hotel onde se prostituiam, acompanhando clientes a consumir droga. Na investigação, foram identificados um residente e uma mulher da RPC, foi feito assim o planeamento para os passos sucessivos.
Na noite de 12 de Junho de 2024, o nosso pessoal constatou que o homem em causa transportava de táxi aquela mulher para um hotel do Cotai, suspeitou-se que estivesse prestes a efectuar uma transacção, portanto entrou em acção e deteve os dois indivíduos. Na mala da mulher foram encontrados um saquinho de “ice” de 0,4 gramas, alguns instrumentos para consumo e objectos usados para relações sexuais, enquanto que na sua residência foram encontrados outros dois saquinhos de “ice” com peso aproximado de 0,6 gramas e alguns instrumentos para consumo. Por outro lado, na posse do homem foi encontrado um saquinho de plástico transparente que continha resíduos de “ice” e na sua residência, mota e veículo foram encontrados três saquinhos de ketamina com peso aproximado de 7,1 gramas, muitos instrumentos para consumo e saquetas de plástico transparente que servem para dividir as doses.
De acordo com a investigação, a mulher depois de ter comprado a droga a traficantes, entre os quais o detido, prostituía-se e acompanhava os clientes a consumir droga, e cobrava, por cada serviço, cerca de 10.000 HKD, incluindo a droga. O homem transportou de táxi, em várias ocasiões, a mulher para actuar. O teste da urina dos detidos resultou positivo. Nesta operação, foram apreendidos cerca de 1 grama de “ice” e cerca de 7,1 gramas de ketamina, num valor total de 10.400 patacas.
De acordo com as provas obtidas, a detida foi presente ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes e detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. O detido foi também presente ao MP acusado de exploração da prostituição, para além dos outros crimes mencionados.
