反罪惡巡查行動——查獲兩名賣淫人士
本局有組織罪案調查處於2024年6月12日，派出多名刑事偵查員前往新口岸一帶及周邊範圍進行反罪惡巡查行動。
行動中，本局人員在新口岸區一酒店內查獲兩名賣淫女子，並在其房間搜獲賣淫用品，她們承認日前持旅遊證件來澳從事賣淫活動圖利，每次交易收取約300至500澳門元。
本局人員將上述兩名女子帶返局內，經進行身份認別及調查後，未發現兩人涉及其他刑事犯罪，但因其在澳從事與許可逗留目的明顯不符活動，故根據第16/2021號法律規定，將之移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
Anti-crime patrol operation – two prostitutes seized
On 12th June 2024, the Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police dispatched several criminal investigators to conduct anti-crime patrol operation in the vicinity and the peripheries of the ZAPE district.
During the operation, the personnel of the Judiciary Police seized two women engaging in prostitution inside a hotel in the ZAPE district, as well as prostitution items inside their room. They admitted that, recently, they had come to Macao with travel documents to engage in prostitution for profit, charging approximately MOP300 to MOP500 per transaction.
Personnel of the Judiciary Police brought the two aforesaid women back to the Judiciary Police. Upon completion of the identity verification and investigation procedures, the duo was not found to be involved in other criminal offences. Yet, given that they had engaged in activities which are apparently inconsistent with the permitted purpose of stay in Macao, they were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force for handling in accordance with the stipulations of Law No. 16/2021.
Operação anticrime – Identificadas duas pessoas por prática de prostituição
No dia 12 de Junho de 2024, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo mobilizou vários investigadores criminais para efectuar uma operação anticrime na zona do Porto Exterior e nas suas proximidades.
Nesta operação, o nosso pessoal identificou, num hotel daquela zona, duas mulheres por prática de prostituição e foram encontrados nos seus quartos alguns objectos usados nessa actividade. As duas confessaram que tinham chegado poucos dias antes, com o documento de viagem, a Macau para se prostituírem, cobrando 300 a 500 patacas a cada serviço.
As mulheres foram levadas às instalações da PJ. Após concluídas a identificação e a investigação, verificou-se que as detidas não estavam envolvidas em outros crimes, mas como praticavam em Macau actividades que não correspondem de modo manifesto às finalidades subjacentes à autorização de permanência, foram encaminhadas para o Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP nos termos da Lei n.º 16/2021.
