五名男子分涉販吸毒就逮
2024年5月30日中午，本局接獲路氹城區一酒店保安部通知，稱酒店職員於一客房內發現懷疑毒品及吸毒工具。
本局毒品罪案調查處人員展開調查，在房間內檢獲0.35克“冰”毒及吸毒工具，並於同日下午在酒店附近截獲租住上述房間住客，經查，證實三名內地男住客曾吸毒。經深入調查，於同日晚上，本局人員於酒店大堂截獲第四名涉案內地男子，於其身上搜獲一小包重0.9克的“冰”毒，供稱有關毒品乃早前在本澳購得，擬轉售圖利。翌日清晨，本局人員繼續採取行動，在新口岸區截獲一名涉案本澳男子，在其身上搜獲兩小包重約1.48克的“冰”毒。經調查證實第四名涉案內地男子及上述本澳男子涉嫌販毒。是次行動共檢獲2.73克”冰”毒，約值9,000澳門元。
本局綜合調查所得，分別以不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不適當持有器具或設備、較輕的生產及販賣，以及不法生產及販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物等罪，將上述五名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查毒品來源及其餘涉案人。
Five men arrested for drug trafficking and consumption respectively
On the midday of 30th May 2024, the Judiciary Police received a notification from the security department of a hotel in the Cotai district, alleging that the staff members of the hotel had found suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia inside a guestroom.
The Narcotics Division personnel of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, seizing 0.35 grams of the drug “ice” and drug paraphernalia inside the guestroom, and intercepted the guests who had rented the aforesaid room in the vicinity of the hotel on the afternoon of the same day. Investigation confirmed that three male guests from mainland had taken drugs. Subsequent to in-depth investigation, on the night of the same day, the Judiciary Police personnel intercepted the fourth involved mainland man in the lobby of the hotel, who was found in possession of a packet of the drug “ice” weighing 0.9 grams. He claimed that the related drugs had been purchased in Macao some time ago and intended to resell them for profits. In the wee hours of the following day, the Judiciary Police personnel continued to take actions and intercepted the involved Macao man in the ZAPE district, who was found in possession of two packets of the drug “ice” with an approximate weight of 1.48 grams. Investigation confirmed that the fourth involved mainland man and the above-mentioned Macao man were suspected of drug trafficking. In this operation, a total of 2.73 grams of the drug “ice” were seized, valued at around MOP9,000.
Having consolidated the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the five involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office respectively for the offences of illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment, minor production and trafficking, illegal production and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and the remaining involved individuals.

Ao meio-dia de 30 de Maio de 2024, a PJ recebeu a notificação do departamento de segurança de um hotel no Cotai, dizendo que um seu funcionário descobriu droga e alguns instrumentos para consumo num quarto de hotel.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes iniciou a investigação, na qual apreendeu 0,35 gramas de “ice” e alguns instrumentos para consumo no quarto em causa, bem como naquele tarde, deteve três hóspedes daquele quarto nas proximidades do hotel. Apurou-se que os três homens, da China continental, tinham consumido droga no quarto. Após uma investigação mais aprofundada, naquela noite, o nosso pessoal deteve o quarto homem, também da China continental, no átrio do hotel, e na sua posse, apreendeu um pacote de “ice”, de 0,9 gramas. Este alegou que tinha comprado a droga em Macau e pretenderia vendê-la para lucrar. Na madrugada seguinte, o nosso pessoal continuou a acção, na qual deteve mais um homem de Macau no ZAPE e apreendeu, na sua posse, dois pacotes de “ice”, no peso de 1,48 gramas. Apurou-se que o quarto e o último suspeito estavam a traficar droga. Nesta acção, foram, no total, apreendidos 2,73 gramas de “ice”, num valor de cerca de 9.000 patacas.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os cinco detidos foram presentes ao MP por consumo ilícito de estupefacientes, detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento, produção e tráfico de menor gravidade, produção e tráfico ilícitos de estupefacientes. A PJ continua a investigar a origem da droga e à procura de outros eventuais envolvidos.
