粵澳合作偵破強姦及勒索案 一內地漢落網
2024年5月22日，女事主在其家長陪同下到本局報案，稱於今年4月18日至5月20日期間被兩名不知名涉案人士以裸聊勒索並在內地遭一不知名涉案男子強姦。
案情顯示，事主於今年3月透過網絡遊戲認識首名涉案人士，並在對方推薦下認識次名涉案人士。事主曾向首名涉案人士透露個人資料，其後對方藉詞公開事主資料迫令其提供裸照，事主因害怕而就範，自此兩名涉案人士進一步以照片脅迫事主進行裸聊及勒索事主約8千多元人民幣。至今年5月，事主在次名涉案人士以幫忙抵債為由，並以裸聊片段威脅下，於珠海市一酒店內被第三名涉案人士多次強姦，期間對方藉詞幫助事主擺脫其餘兩名涉案人士的控制，騙取事主的手提電話。直至事主挪用父親帳戶內的款項，經父親追問而揭發事件。
本局侵犯人身罪案調查科迅速展開調查，鎖定一名內地男子涉案，隨即透過緊急警務聯絡機制通報內地警方請求協助，5月26日凌晨成功將涉案內地男子緝獲。調查發現上述三名涉案人士實為涉案內地男子一人分飾三角，並以威脅及詐騙手段實施勒索、強姦，以及不法錄製品及照片等犯罪。
是次案件得以成功偵破並迅速拘捕身處內地的作案人，充分反映粵澳兩地警務合作機制暢通有效，並彰顯兩地警方合作打擊跨境犯罪、共同維護社會治安的決心和能力。

Accompanied by her parents, the female victim reported to the Judiciary Police on 22nd May 2024 that she had fallen victim to nude chat extortion by two unknown involved persons and rape by an unknown involved man between April 18th and May 20th this year.
The victim had got acquainted with the first involved person, who then introduced her to the second involved person, on an online game in March this year. Having disclosed to the first involved person her personal information, which was used to coerce her to provide her nude photos, the frightened victim gave in. Since then, the two involved persons further used her photos to coerce the victim into nude chat and extort around RMB 8,000 from her. On the pretense of helping the second involved person pay off his debts and by extortion with her nude chat videos, the victim was repeatedly raped by the third involved person at a hotel in Zhuhai, during which the latter deceitfully obtained her mobile phone on the pretext of helping her free herself of the other two involved persons’ control. The incident was uncovered only when the victim was questioned by her father after misappropriating the latter’s money in the bank.
Promptly launching investigation, the Section for Offences against Persons identified an involved mainland Chinese man, notifying and requesting assistance from the mainland Chinese police through the Emergency Policing Communications Mechanism. The involved man from mainland China was successfully intercepted during the wee hours of May 26th. It was found that the three said involved persons were indeed the same man, who had perpetrated offences of extortion by coercive and fraudulent measures, rape, illegal recordings and photos, etc.
The successful crackdown and rapid apprehension of the perpetrator in mainland China adequately demonstrated the smoothness and effectiveness of the Guangdong-Macao police cooperation mechanism, manifesting the determination and ability of the police of the two territories to jointly combat cross-border crimes and uphold law and order.

No dia 22 de Maio de 2024, uma mulher, acompanhada dos seus pais, fez queixa na PJ, dizendo que, entre 18 de Abril e 20 de Maio, tinha sido extorquida por dois estranhos através de nude chat e tinha sido violada por um homem na China continental.
De acordo com as informações, em Março deste ano, a mulher conheceu uma pessoa no jogo online, a qual apresentou-lhe depois outra. Como a mulher tinha revelado ao primeiro os seus dados pessoais, este forçou-a a dar-lhe fotos dela nua com a ameaça de publicar as suas informações, por isso a mulher, por medo, fez o que lhe pediu. Desde então, os dois suspeitos ameaçaram a vítima com essas fotos, obrigaram-na a fazer nude chat e extorquiram-lhe cerca de 8.000 RMBs. Em Maio, para liquidar as alegadas dívidas do segundo suspeito, e sob ameaça dos vídeos nus, a mulher foi várias vezes violada num hotel de Zhuhai por outra pessoa, a qual disse poder livrá-la de controlo daqueles indivíduos e assim obteve o seu telemóvel. Tudo isso só foi descoberto pelo pai quando a questionou sobre o desaparecimento de algum dinheiro da sua conta, que a vítima tinha desviado.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Pessoa desencadeou de imediato a investigação e identificou um homem do continente, activou assim o mecanismo de comunicação policial urgente e solicitou a colaboração da polícia da China continental, a qual conseguiu deter o homem envolvido pela madrugada de 26 de Maio. Na investigação, verificou-se que o detido afinal tinha feito o papel das 3 pessoas deste caso, usando ameaças e a burla para praticar os crimes de extorsão, violação e utilização de gravações e fotografias ilícitas.
A resolução deste caso, assim como a detenção rápida do autor que se encontrava na China continental, revela plenamente que o mecanismo de cooperação entre as polícias de Guangdong e Macau é rápido e eficaz, demonstrando também a sua determinação e capacidade de colaboração no combate ao crime transfronteiriço e na salvaguarda da ordem pública.
