本澳男子涉加重盜竊法辦
2024年5月27日晚，本澳女事主向本局舉報，稱遭其前男友盜去其存放在家中的10萬港元現金。案情顯示，涉案本澳男子一直持有事主住所門匙，亦會不時協助事主提取網購物品並送到其住所。2024年5月27日，涉案本澳男子藉詞協助事主提取網購物品，趁事主不在家時盜取其存放在家中的10萬港元現金，直至同日晚上透過社交軟件將事件告知事主。
本局搶劫罪案調查科人員於5月30日在涉案本澳男子的住所附近將其截獲，經查，其盜竊所得已全數賭敗。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man apprehended for aggravated theft
On the night of 27th May 2024, the local female victim reported to the Judiciary Police that her ex-boyfriend had stolen cash of HKD100,000 placed at her home. Case details revealed that the involved local man had all along kept the key of the victim’s apartment as he would occasionally assist in collecting the goods she had purchased online and delivering them to her home. On 27th May 2024, under the pretext of assisting the victim to collect the goods purchased online, the involved local man stole cash of HKD100,000 placed at the victim’s home while she was not there. He only informed the victim about this incident via social app until the night of the same day.
The personnel of the Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved local man near his residence on May 30th. Upon investigation, it was found that he had already gambled away all the illicit proceeds.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem local por furto qualificado
Na noite de 27 de Maio de 2024, uma mulher de Macau fez queixa na PJ, dizendo que o seu ex-namorado tinha furtado 100.000 HKD, em numerário, que ela tinha guardado em casa. Conforme as declarações, o referido homem, residente de Macau, tinha a chave da residência da vítima e, de vez em quando, ía buscar os produtos comprados online e levava-os para casa dela. Em 27 de Maio de 2024, o homem disse-lhe que tinha produtos que ela comprou online, como pretexto, aproveitou a ausência da vítima e furtou-lhe os 100.000 HKD, naquela noite, através de um aplicativo de conversa, contou o sucedido à vítima.
Em 30 de Maio, o pessoal da Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo deteve o homem nos arredores da sua residência, da investigação foi apurado que o dinheiro furtado foi perdido nas mesas de jogo.
Com base dos resultados da investigação, foi presente ao MP acusado de furto qualificado.
