本澳男子涉爆竊落網
本局於2024年4月25日至5月22日期間先後接獲四宗店舖盜竊案，四間分別位於高士德區一商場及北區的店舖均於打烊後遭賊人潛入爆竊，損失合共16,400澳門元。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科展開調查，鎖定一名本澳男子涉案，並發現其曾在其中三間店舖任職，故熟知有關店舖營業時間及電閘密碼，於晚上店舖打烊後開啟電閘入內爆竊，或事先匿藏在商場洗手間內，待商場關門後潛入店舖作案。據查，涉案本澳男子於作案前後經常變更裝扮以逃避警方追查。
2024年5月29日凌晨，本局人員在黑沙環區截獲涉案本澳男子，其供稱盜竊所得已全數用於日常開銷。
本局綜合調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man arrested for burglary
The Judiciary Police received four cases of shop burglary between 25th April 2024 and 22nd May 2024 successively. The four shops, located in a shopping mall at Avenida de Horta e Costa and in the northern district respectively, were broken into after operating hours, incurring a loss of MOP16,400 in total.
The Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, and identified the involved local man. It was found that he was a former employee of three of the shops, therefore familiar with the operating hours and the electric gate passwords of the relevant shops. After the shops were closed at night, he opened the electric gate to commit burglary in the shops. Alternatively, he hid in the lavatory of the shopping mall, and broke into the shops when the shopping mall was closed. Investigation revealed that the involved local man often changed his outfits before and after committing the crime in order to evade police detection.
In the wee hours of 29th May 2024, the personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved local man in the Areia Preta district. He claimed that he had spent all the theft proceeds on daily expenses.
The Judiciary Police consolidated the investigative findings and transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detido um residente por furto
Entre 25 de Abril e 22 de Maio de 2024, recebemos sucessivamente quatro denúncias de furto em loja. As quatro lojas localizadas, respectivamente, num centro comercial na zona da Horta e Costa e na zona Norte, foram furtadas fora do horário de funcionamento e os prejuízos totalizam 16.400 patacas.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade procedeu à investigação e identificou um residente. Verificou-se que o mesmo chegou a trabalhar em três das lojas, pelo que conhecia os respectivos horários de funcionamento e as senhas dos portões eléctricos. À noite, depois do horário de funcionamento, o suspeito ia abrir os portões, ou escondia-se na casa de banho do centro comercial até este fechar para entrar nas lojas e cometer o crime. Apurou-se ainda que o suspeito, antes e depois de cometer o crime, mudava várias vezes de roupa para escapar à investigação policial.
Na madrugada do dia 29 de Maio de 2024, os nossos agentes detiveram o suspeito na Areia Preta. O homem disse que tinha gasto todo o dinheiro roubado em despesas diárias.
Conforme os resultados da investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP pelo crime de furto qualificado.
