內地男子涉搶劫就逮
2024年5月12日，本局接獲內地男事主報案，稱於當晚應涉案內地男子相約，帶同10萬港元現金及籌碼前往路氹城區一酒店房間進行兌換。於房間內，涉案內地男子以帳戶受限為由拖延時間，其後突然襲擊事主頭部並以開酒器抵着事主脖子致其受傷，搶走合共10萬港元的現金及籌碼，以及一枚價值5,000元人民幣的腕錶。期間尚有一名涉案女子在場。
本局搶劫罪案調查科展開調查，鎖定涉案內地男子身份並查悉其與上述涉案女子於作案後已逃離本澳。2024年5月25日，本局人員於涉案內地男子再次入境時將之截獲。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將涉案內地男子移交檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝在逃涉案女子。
Mainland man arrested for robbery
On 12th May 2024, the Judiciary Police received the male victim’s report, stating that on that night, at the involved man’s request, he had brought cash and casino chips totaling HKD 100,000 to conduct currency exchange with the involved mainland man in a hotel room in Cotai district. Inside the room, the involved mainland man stalled the victim on the pretext of his account being under restriction, then suddenly attacked the victim’s head and pressed a wine opener against the victim’s neck, causing injury to him. He robbed the victim of cash and casino chips totaling HKD 100,000 and a watch worth RMB 5,000. Another involved woman was at the scene during the course of the case.
The Robbery Offences Section of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation and identified the involved mainland man, who was found to have fled Macao with the aforementioned involved woman after the perpetration. On 25th May 2024, personnel of the Judiciary Police intercepted him when he was reentering Macao.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery while continuing to pursue the absconded involved woman.
Detido homem do continente por roubo
Em 12 de Maio de 2024, a PJ recebeu a queixa duma pessoa do continente que disse ter combinado com outro homem também do continente e ter-se deslocado, com dinheiro e fichas de jogo num valor total de 100.000 HKD, ao quarto dum hotel no Cotai na mesma noite para trocar dinheiro. No quarto, o suspeito atrasou a transacção com a desculpa que sua conta estava sujeita a restrições e de repente golpeou a vítima na cabeça e encostou um abridor de garrafas no seu pescoço, causou-lhe assim ferimentos, e roubou-lhe dinheiro e fichas no total de 100.000 HKD, bem como um relógio que vale 5.000 RMB. Durante a ocorrência, havia ainda uma mulher presente no local.
A Secção de Investigação e Combate ao Roubo iniciou a investigação, conseguiu identificar o suspeito e soube que este e a mulher já tinham fugido de Macau após o crime. Em 25 de Maio de 2024, o suspeito foi detido quando entrou novamente em Macau.
Conforme as informações obtidas, o suspeito do continente foi presente ao MP acusado de roubo e a PJ vai continuar à procura da mulher em fuga.
