三漢分涉加重盜竊及收購贓物落網
2024年5月25日，本局接獲一間凍肉公司舉報，稱公司近數月來被人盜竊店內貨物，損失至少12萬澳門元。
本局侵犯財物罪案調查科展開調查，發現涉案店舖兩名菲律賓籍外僱利用職務之便盜取公司倉庫內的凍肉產品並以公司貨車運走。2024年5月25日，本局人員於涉案公司截獲兩名涉案菲律賓籍男子。經查，兩人從去年年底開始作案，將盜竊所得的凍肉以較低售價及現金方式轉售予食店圖利，作案至今至少獲利約20萬澳門元，犯罪所得已匯走及作日常開銷。本局人員隨後於下環區截獲向兩名涉案菲律賓籍男子購入涉案凍肉的本澳食店男東主。
本局根據調查所得，分別以加重盜竊罪及贓物罪將三名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查贓物及贓款下落。
Three men arrested for aggravated theft and acquisition of stolen goods respectively
On 25th May 2024, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from a frozen meat company, alleging that someone had been stealing goods from the shop in the recent months, leading to a loss of at least MOP120,000.
Investigation launched by the Section for Offences against Property of the Judiciary Police revealed that two Filipino non-resident workers at the involved shop had taken advantage of their positions, stealing frozen meat products from the warehouse of the company, and transported them away by the company van. On 25th May 2024, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the involved Filipino duo at the involved company. Investigation revealed that the duo had perpetrated since the end of last year, reselling the stolen frozen meat, for cash, at relatively lower prices to an eatery so as to make a profit. At least about MOP200,000 of profit, so far, was made since perpetration, while the illicit proceeds had been remitted away and used on daily expenditures. Later, the Judiciary Police officers intercepted the local male eatery owner who had purchased the involved frozen meat from the involved Filipino duo at Ha Wan district.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved trio to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of aggravated theft and stolen goods respectively, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the stolen goods and illicit proceeds.
Detidos três homens respectivamente por furto qualificado e receptação
Em 25 de Maio de 2024, a PJ recebeu a queixa duma empresa de carnes congeladas, na qual dizia que nos últimos meses alguém tinha furtado mercadorias na empresa, resultando num prejuízo de pelo menos 120.000 patacas.
A Secção de Investigação de Crimes Contra a Propriedade da PJ iniciou a investigação e apurou que dois empregados não residentes filipinos da empresa aproveitavam das suas funções para furtarem produtos de carne congelada guardados no armazém da empresa e transportá-los num camião também da empresa. Foram detidos os dois em 25 de Maio de 2024 na referida empresa. Conforme averiguações, os detidos começaram a praticar os actos criminosos nos finais do ano passado e revendiam a carne congelada furtada a estabelecimentos de comida a um preço mais baixo e em numerário. Até ao momento da detenção, tinham conseguido ganhar cerca de 200.000 patacas revendendo a carne furtada. O dinheiro obtido foi remetido e usado para despesas quotidianas. Posteriormente, o nosso pessoal deteve, na zona da Praia do Manduco, um residente, proprietário dum estabelecimento de comida, que se suspeita estar envolvido na aquisição da carne congelada furtada.
Conforme os resultados obtidos na investigação, os três detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público respectivamente por furto qualificado e receptação. A PJ vai continuar a procurar o paradeiro da mercadoria furtada e do dinheiro.
