司警局協助司法當局緝獲在逃本澳男子
2024年4月23日，本局接獲初級法院拘留名令狀，指令緝捕一名因觸犯《傳染病防治法》及“竊用車輛”罪而被判處120日罰金（合共6,000澳門元）的本澳男子。
本局有組織罪案調查處人員隨即展開緝捕工作，經調查後於2024年5月21日上午成功在黑沙環區將其截獲，並根據拘留命令狀及初級法院指示，將上述涉案本澳男子及代收之罰金一併移送初級法院處理。
The Judiciary Police assisting the judicial authorities in seizing local man at large
On 23rd April 2024, the Judiciary Police received a detention order from the Court of First Instance, instructing to arrest a local man who had been sentenced to 120 days’ fine (a total of MOP6,000) due to the violation of “Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases” and “Vehicle Theft”.
The personnel of the Organised Crime Division of the Judiciary Police promptly launched an arrest operation and successfully intercepted him on the morning of 21st May 2024 at the Areia Preta area. Based on the detention order and the instruction of the Court of First Instance, the above involved local man together with the fine collected per procurationem were transferred to the Court of First Instance for handling.
PJ coadjuva autoridade judiciária na detenção de um residente em fuga
Em 23 de Abril de 2024, a PJ recebeu um mandado do Tribunal Judicial de Base, que pedia a detenção de um residente condenado à pena de multa de 120 dias (no valor total de 6.000 patacas) pela violação da Lei de prevenção, controlo e tratamento de doenças transmissíveis e pelo crime de “furto de uso de veículo”.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Banditismo procedeu à detenção daquele residente, que acabou por ser interceptado, na manhã do dia 21 de Maio de 2024, na zona da Areia Preta. Conforme o mandado de detenção e as indicações do TJB, o residente foi entregue, em conjunto com a multa que lhe é exigida, ao TJB para os ulteriores termos.
